Either sitting or lying down.
Allow your body to settle,
Your breath to slow down and your mind to gently arrive in this space.
Close your eyes if this feels right and take a deep breath in and a slow breath out.
Let the rhythm of your breath ground you into this present moment,
Releasing the distractions of the day.
As you continue to breathe deeply,
Imagine each inhale drawing in calmness and each exhale letting go of tension or worries.
Feel the gentle pull of gravity anchoring you,
Connecting you to the earth,
Supporting you fully in this moment.
Leo's energy is vibrant,
Dynamic and heart-centered.
It fuels self-expression,
Creativity,
Leadership and the courage to stand tall in your truth.
On a collective level,
People around you might feel more expressive,
Maybe a bit more dramatic or enthusiastic.
Emotions can be heightened and the need for recognition or validation might surface.
This is a beautiful opportunity to practice self-love,
To celebrate your achievements and to shine without dimming the lights of others.
The full moon is a mirror,
Reflecting back to the areas where you're meant to grow,

Let's begin by bringing our awareness to our body.
Start by noticing the crown of your head.
Feel the space there,
Light and open,
As if a soft beam of moonlight is gently resting upon it.
Now move your awareness down to your forehead,
Soften any tension between your eyebrows.
Imagine a cold breeze sweeping across your brow,
Relaxing every tiny muscle.
Let your eyes rest gently in their sockets,
Feeling the softness of your closed eyes.
Relax your cheeks,
Feeling the skin soften and smooth.
And cleanse your jaw,
Allowing a small space between your teeth and let your tongue rest comfortable on the roof of your mouth.
Feel the warmth in your throat,
Noticing the natural flow of your breath.
Imagine a golden light soothing this space,
Clearing any unspoken words or held emotions.
Now bring your awareness to your shoulders,
Allow them to drop,
Releasing any burdens.
Feel the tension melt away,
Replaced by a sense of ease and lightness.
Now move down to your arms,
Feeling the energy flow through your elbows,
Your wrists,
Into your hands.
Let your fingers relax completely.
Maybe you're noticing a subtle tingling sensation as the energy is flowing freely.
Now shift your attention to your chest.
Feel the gentle rise and fall with each breath.
Perhaps place a hand over your heart,
Connect yourself with your heartbeats.
Imagine your heart as a radiant sun,
Warm and glowing,
Filled with love and gratitude.
Now move your awareness down to your belly,
Soften this area,
Let it expand freely as you breathe.
Feel the gentle rhythm,
Like waves ebbing and flowing.
Notice your lower back and hips,
Allow them to feel grounded,
Supported by the earth.
Imagine any tension dissolving into the ground beneath you,
Leaving a sense of stability and strength.
Now bring your awareness to your thighs,
Your knees,
Your calves,
Your ankles.
Feel the strength here holding you steady.
Imagine roots growing from your legs,
Anchoring you deeply into the earth,
Providing nourishment and support.
Finally move to your feet.
Notice each toe,
The soles of your feet and how they connect to the earth.
Feel a gentle pulse of energy moving up from the ground,
Flowing through your entire body,
Bringing balance and harmony.
Now take a deep breath in and scan your whole body from head to toe and on the exhale release any remaining tension.
Breathing in and let go on the exhale.
Feel your body completely relaxed yet fully present.
Now imagine yourself standing in an open field under the vast night sky.
The full moon in Leo shines above,
Golden and powerful,
Casting a warm glow all around you.
The stars twinkle like tiny mirrors of your own inner light.
Feel the light of the moon touching your skin,
Filling you with warmth and vitality.
Now imagine this moonlight entering through the crown of your head,
Traveling down to your heart,
Bringing in this radiant flame.
This is your inner light,
Your authentic self.
And with each inhale feel this flame grow bigger,
Fueled by your breath.
With each exhale release any doubts,
Any fears or judgments that have dimmed your light.
Imagine these worries dissolving into the night sky,
Carried away by the moon's gentle glow.
Now visualize a golden path appearing before you,
Illuminated by the moonlight.
This path represents your journey,
Your passions,
Your dreams.
Now take a step forward,
Feeling the ground firm beneath your feet,
Each step filled with confidence and purpose.
As you walk,
You encounter moments from your life where you held back,
Moments where fear dimmed your light.
Pause at each memory,
Acknowledging them without judgment.
And then,
With the power of Leo's full moon,
Breathe deeply and imagine a wave of golden light washing over these memories,
Transforming fear into courage,
Doubt into self-belief.
And continue walking,
Feeling lighter with each step.
Ahead you see a mirror framed with moonlight.
Stand before it and gaze into your reflection.
See not just your physical form but the essence of who you truly are,
Radiant,
Bold and unapologetically you.
Speak to your reflection,
Silently or aloud,
Affirming your worth.
I am confident in my uniqueness.
I embrace my authentic self with love.
I shine my light fearlessly.
Feel these affirmations sink into your heart,
Anchoring deep within you.
Stand tall,
Basking in this feeling of self-love and courage.
Let your heart expand with gratitude for who you are,
Exactly as you are.
Now slowly begin to bring your awareness back to the present moment.
Wiggle your fingers and your toes gently.
Take a deep breath in and a slow breath out.
If you're lying on your back,
Bend your knees into your chest and roll over to one side and using one of your hands as a pillow for your head.
While you're lying there in fetus position,
Take a moment to feel grateful.
Grateful for yourself.
Thank yourself for this moment.
And then slowly with your eyes remain closed,
Push yourself up into a seated meditative position.
Before we close down this meditation,
I want to give you three tips on how to integrate Leo's energy into your daily life.
Express yourself creatively.
Engage in activities that allow you to show your true self,
To shine,
Whether it's through art,
Writing,
Dancing or just speaking your truth.
Second,
Practice heart-centered confidence.
Stand tall,
Speak with courage and make decisions from your heart,
Not from fear or judgment.
And third,
Celebrate your wins.
Take time each day to acknowledge your achievements,
Big or small.
Recognize your growth,
Honor your journey and celebrate the light you bring to the world.
