My name is Nathalie and I want to welcome you to this full moon meditation in Taurus.
This is a very steady and grounding energy.
Under a full moon,
Emotions often rise,
Inviting us to release,
To let go and to illuminate parts of ourselves that might need attention.
With Taurus,
This full moon invites you to focus on inner stability,
Self-care and comfort,
Encouraging you to nurture yourself and plant roots that support your growth.
Let this be a time to ground,
To slow down and to truly connect with your senses.
Allow yourself to be feel held by the energy of the earth and supported by the full moon above.
Now let's begin this practice by settling into a comfortable position,
Whether this is sitting or lying down.
Close your eyes if it feels safe for you and take a deep breath in through your nose and release through your mouth.
Now,
Continue to breathe and imagine that each inhale is filling your body with a grounding,
Nurturing energy of Taurus.
And as you exhale,
Let go of tension and any restless thoughts.
Breathe deeply in and out.
Allow your breath to lengthen,
To slow down,
Grounding your mind and body.
With each breath,
Sink deeper into this moment,
Allowing yourself to feel connected allowing yourself to feel safe.
There's nothing you need to do,
You can just simply be.
Now just listen to my voice and let my voice guide you through different body parts in your body.
This practice is known as the rotation of consciousness.
Begin with your toes.
Feel your right toe,
Your left toe.
Feel any sensations and let them relax.
Now move up to your feet,
Your right feet,
Your left feet.
And notice the tops of your feet,
The soles of your feet,
Allowing them to soften and let go.
Now bring your awareness to both of your ankles,
To both of your calves,
And slowly all the way up to both of your knees.
Feel them releasing as you deeply relax them.
Now move your attention to both of your thighs.
Feel them grounded and heavy and connected to the earth.
Now move up to your pelvis and both of your hips,
Releasing any stored tension or stress in those areas.
Bring your awareness to your abdomen.
Feel it soften with each breath,
Allowing a lot of space in this area.
Now moving up to your chest and heart.
Imagine your heart center opening up to receive all the energy of this full moon.
Bring your attention to both of your shoulders,
Right shoulder,
Left shoulder.
Feel your heart center opening up to receive all the energy of this full moon.
Left shoulder,
And let them release all the weight that you have put on your shoulders.
Now move down your arms,
Past your elbows,
Moving down to both of your wrists,
And all the way to all of your fingers.
Fingers of your right hand and your left hand.
Now bring your awareness to your neck,
Your jaw,
Your right cheek,
Left cheek,
Left cheek,
The space between your eyebrows,
And relax your entire face.
Now bring your awareness to the crown of your head,
Feeling light and receptive.
Your entire body is now relaxed,
Grounded,
And ready to receive.
We'll now set intentions or sankalpas and connect them with each chakra as we bring balance through the energy of the full moon in Taurus.
Repeat every sankalpa silently or out loud,
And feeling each one settle into your body.
Let's first focus on our root chakra,
Located at the base of our spine,
And take a deep breath in,
Imagining the color red.
And while you're focusing on this area,
The color red,
Repeat silently or out loud,
I am safe,
Grounded,
And secure.
Now bring your awareness to your sacral chakra.
This is two fingers below your belly button.
Imagine the color orange,
And you inhale and exhale.
Keep focusing on this area,
The color orange,
And repeat silently or out loud,
I welcome abundance and joy into my life.
Now bring your awareness to your solar plexus chakra,
About two fingers above your belly button,
And imagine the color yellow,
As you inhale,
Focusing on this area in your body.
Imagine the color yellow,
And now repeat silently or out loud,
I trust my inner strength and resilience.
And now focus on your heart center,
While you continue to breathe,
And imagine the color green,
As you do so.
And now repeat silently or out loud,
I open my heart to self-love and compassion.
Now bring your awareness to your throat chakra,
And imagine the color blue,
And repeat silently or out loud,
I communicate my truth with ease and clarity.
Now bring your awareness to your third eye chakra,
In between your eyebrows,
And imagine the color indigo,
And imagine now this indigo color,
And repeat silently or out loud,
I trust my intuition and inner wisdom.
Now bring your awareness to your crown chakra,
And imagine a yellow or a bright golden light,
And now repeat silently or out loud,
I am connected to the universe and its endless support.
Feel each chakra aligning and filling with energy,
Guided by the stabilizing energy of this full moon.
Now imagine yourself standing outside under the full moon,
Its light is gentle yet powerful,
Casting a soft glow over everything.
This light is the energy of Taurus,
Solid and nurturing,
Here to ground and strengthen you.
Visualize the moonlight washing over your body from head to toe,
And imagine that with every breath you are absorbing this light,
Filling yourself with a sense of stability,
Security and warmth.
See roots extending from your feet into the earth,
Anchoring you firmly to the ground.
Feel this solid connection,
The unwavering support of the earth beneath you.
As you absorb this moonlight,
Allow it to release any worries,
Any stress or any burdens.
Trust that anything you need to let go of is simply dissolving in this light,
Creating space within for peace and grounding energy.
Let this light align with your inner being,
Balancing your emotions,
Grounding your mind,
And filling you with calm and clarity.
Take a moment to really see what you need to let go of and how you can stand in your power and trust.
What is currently in your life that is causing you to feel unsafe?
And unstable?
Allow whatever comes up and trust that the messages that you are about to receive are exactly what you need right now.
Now gently focus back onto your breathing and begin to feel yourself returning to the present moment,
Bringing with you a sense of grounding and stability.
Introduce some micro-movements into your body.
Maybe you want to open and close your hands.
Maybe you want to move your head from one side to another.
Take a full body stretch.
Remain with your eyes closed and gently bend your knees and roll over to the right side and using one of your hands as a pillow for your head.
And while you're lying there in fetus position,
Take a moment to really feel what this session has gifted you,
What messages came up.
And take a moment to thank yourself for the time you have taken today for yourself,
For this practice.
And while you're still remaining with your eyes closed,
Push yourself up into a seated meditative position.
Bring your hands in prayer position in front of your heart and inhale deeply to end this practice with one om and three shanties.

Let the Earth's energy ground and stabilize you.
And focus on abundance.
With Taurus energy,
Focus on gratitude and appreciate the abundance around you.
Practice saying,
I am enough.
