Welcome!

My name is Natalie and I am so happy you are joining today for this guided meditation for the full moon in Aquarius.

This is a moment to pause,

To breathe and to attune to the lunar light that illuminates both our inner world and the collective field.

First of all,

Find a comfortable position whether you want to sit or you want to lie down.

Make sure you are in a space where no one can distract you or disturb you.

There's nothing for you to do,

Just be.

The energy of a full moon is expansive.

It heightens emotions,

Amplifies intuition and often brings hidden truths to the surface.

So,

You might be feeling restless right now but also inspired,

Emotionally charged or like something old is ready to be released.

This is all completely natural during a full moon.

Allow yourself this time to go inward,

To reflect and to reconnect with your higher vision.

Now,

Aquarius is a sign of the mind and the soul.

It's the visionary of the Zodiac,

The innovator,

The truth seeker,

The rebel and also the bridge between the individual and the collective.

On a more spiritual level,

Aquarius asks us,

Where am I still confirming two outdated systems?

How can I be a channel for change,

Not from the ego but from alignment?

And what is my role in the awaking of collective consciousness?

So,

This full moon in Aquarius invites you to liberate yourselves from limitations,

To embrace your unique essence and to tune into a higher frequency of thought,

Community and purpose.

You may feel a longing to break free,

To connect with like-minded souls or to express your truth without apology.

You might also feel slightly ungrounded,

Like your thoughts are racing or you're standing on the edge of something new.

This meditation will help you ground these sensations and open a space for clear inner guidance,

Inspiration and release.

I want to invite you to close your eyes if you haven't done so already and inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth.

Once more,

Inhale through the nose and exhale everything out.

And another inhale through the nose and sigh everything out through the mouth.

Before we get started,

We will first choose our Sankalpa.

A Sankalpa is a conscious intention.

It's a seed you plant in the fertile ground of your being.

You can choose one of the following or let one arise naturally within you.

I will repeat five Sankalpas,

Each of them twice,

And just feel within yourself if one of them resonates more with you.

I embrace my uniqueness and share it freely.

I open to visionary insights and trust their timing.

Now choose one of those Sankalpas or one that you have made for yourself and repeat your chosen Sankalpa three times within.

And let this intention settle gently in your heart.

Now begin to bring your awareness to your physical body.

We'll now rotate your attention through different parts of your body.

Slowly,

Mindfully,

Without trying to change anything.

Let your awareness touch each point as if you're shining a soft light on it.

There's nothing for you to do except to listen to my voice.

Now bring your attention to the front of your body.

Your forehead,

Your temples,

Right eyebrow,

Left eyebrow,

Right eye,

Left eye,

Your nose,

Right cheek,

Left cheek,

Your lips.

Bring your awareness to your mouth and your tongue and make sure that your tongue is lying comfortable in your mouth.

Now bring your awareness to your chin,

Your jaw,

Your throat,

Your right chest,

Your left chest,

Your heart center,

Your solar plexus,

Your belly button,

Your belly,

Your lower abdomen,

Your pelvic floor.

Now feel your entire body as one whole,

Deeply relaxed,

Completely at ease.

Your body is entirely relaxed.

Your entire right side,

Your entire left side,

The entire back of your body,

The entire front of your body,

From your toes to your head,

From your fingers to your shoulders.

Your entire body is relaxed.

Your entire body is relaxed.

Feel yourself floating in gentle awareness.

Now imagine you are standing in an open field beneath the night sky.

The full moon in Aquarius shines above you.

A cool,

Luminous,

Silver-blue light washes over your skin like gentle waves.

You feel calm,

Present and open.

As you look up,

You notice threads of light beginning to stream down from the moon,

Weaving a cocoon of energy around you,

Soft yet strong.

And those threads begin to lift you,

Gently and effortlessly,

Higher and higher,

Into the sky.

You rise above the land,

The cities,

The oceans,

Until you arrive at a crystal-like dome suspended in space.

This is the temple of vision,

A place beyond time.

And as you enter,

You see symbols,

Light codes and geometric forms glowing in the air.

You are not alone here.

Other radiant beings are present here,

Souls connected to the same mission of awaken.

And you are invited to stand in a circle of light.

And at the center of the circle,

A glowing orb forms.

And from it,

You receive a vision.

This vision might come as an image,

A word,

A sensation or a memory.

It could be subtle or clear.

Trust whatever arises.

You are safe.

You are held.

And stay here for a few more moments,

Allowing the transmission to unfold.

When you are ready,

Thank the sacred space and the beings who joined you.

Slowly,

The cocoon of moonlight brings you back down.

Down through the sky,

Returning to your body.

Feel the support of the Earth beneath you.

Feel your breath.

And you have returned carrying wisdom with you.

Before we completely close off,

I would like to give you three tips for your daily life to integrate this full moon energy of Aquarius.

First,

I would like to invite you to journal your vision.

After this meditation,

Take a few moments to write down what you felt or saw,

Even if for now it seems unclear.

Second,

I would like to invite you to practice conscious detachment.

If you're feeling triggered or overwhelmed,

Pause and ask,

What is mine to carry and what can I let go?

And finally,

Be the light you wish to see.

Aquarius reminds us that individual energy affects the whole.

Your small acts of truth ripple outward.

And still with your eyes closed,

If you're lying down,

I want to invite you to bend your legs,

Bring your knees into your chest and roll over to one side,

Using one of your hands as a pillow for your head.

And then slowly,

Slowly,

Push yourself up into a seated position and take one deep cleansing breath.

Bring your hands in front of your heart,

Feel your heart beat and whenever you're ready,

Open your eyes.

The full moon will continue to guide you in the coming days.

Trust that what you received will unfold in perfect time.
