Welcome to this guided meditation for the full moon in Pisces.
My name is Natalie and I will be guiding you through this meditation today.
A full moon is a time of deep emotional healing and spiritual insight.
This particular full moon is accompanied by a lunar eclipse,
Amplifying its energy and offering an even greater opportunity for transformation.
A lunar eclipse is a powerful event that represents a time of endings,
Revelations and the clearing away of old patterns that no longer serve us.
It's a moment to release what has been hidden or repressed,
Allowing us to move forward with clarity and purpose.
As we journey through this meditation,
Allow yourself to fully embrace the energy of both the full moon and the eclipse,
Opening your heart and mind to the wisdom they bring.
Now begin by finding a comfortable position,
Either lying down or sitting in a space where you feel safe and supported.
Close your eyes if that feels safe for you or lower your gaze and take a deep breath in,
Filling your lungs completely.
As you exhale,
Let go of any tension or stress you may be holding on to.
Now take five deep,
Slow breaths,
Each one guiding you deeper into relaxation.
Inhale deeply,
Hold for a moment and then exhale fully,
Releasing anything that no longer serves you.
Take a moment to do five rounds.
Now the full moon in Pisces is a time of heightened intuition,
Creativity and emotional sensitivity.
Pisces is a water sign ruled by Neptune,
The planet of dreams,
Illusions and spiritual connection.
During this full moon you might find yourself more in tune with your emotions,
Feeling a strong pull towards your inner world.
It's a time to reflect,
To connect with your higher self and to explore the deeper aspects of your soul.
The lunar eclipse adds an extra layer of identity to this experience.
Eclipses often bring sudden changes and revelations,
Urging us to let go of what is holding us back.
Under the Pisces full moon,
Allow the eclipse to guide you in releasing old emotional wounds,
Outdated beliefs or anything that is blocking your path to spiritual growth.
Be also very gentle with yourself.
Allow yourself to feel and give yourself a lot of space and self-love.
As we now move into the part of the meditation,

Just let it be and do not let it affect your time and your meditation.
Now let us tap into the collective energy that surrounds the full moon and eclipse.

Where we can feel the shared experiences of those around us.
Pisces invites us to dissolve the boundaries between ourselves and others,
To feel compassion and empathy on a deeper level.
As you continue to breathe,
Imagine yourself connected to the collective consciousness,
Feeling the energy of this powerful time flow through you.
Now let's set our sankalpa,
Our intention.
A sankalpa is a positive affirmation or resolution that aligns with your highest self.
It is a statement of truth that you wish to embody in your life.
During this full moon in Pisces,
Your sankalpa might be related to emotional healing,
Spiritual growth or releasing old patterns.
Here are five examples of sankalpas you might choose.
I release all that no longer serves my highest good.
I trust in the wisdom of my intuition.
I am open to spiritual growth and transformation.
I embrace my emotions with compassion and understanding.
I allow myself to be guided by love and light.
Now choose a sankalpa that resonates with you and silently repeat it to yourself,
Letting it sink into your consciousness.
Now we'll move into a relaxation meditation,
Beginning with a body scan.
Start by bringing your awareness to the top of your head.
Slowly and gently begin to scan down through your body.
Feel the muscles in your forehead relax.
Feel your eyes soften,
Your jaw unclench.
Move down through your neck,
Your throat.
Moving down to your shoulders,
Your right shoulder,
Your left shoulder.
All the way down to your arms,
Your elbow.
Further down to your wrists.
Bring your awareness to your right hand,
Your right fingers,
The palm of your hand and your knuckles.
And bring your awareness to your left hand,
All of your fingers,
The palm of your hand and your knuckles.
Feel the tension melt away.
And move your awareness through your chest,
Your heart center,
All the way to your abdomen,
To your hips,
As well as the back of your body.
Move your awareness down your spine.
Bring your awareness to your buttocks.
And then bring your awareness down your legs,
Down to your knees,
Your right knee and your left knee.
All the way down to your calf muscles,
Your ankles,
The right ankle and the left ankle.
Bring your awareness to your heels,
The right heel,
The left heel,
To the top of both of your feet.
Bring your awareness to your toes,
The toes of your right foot,
Your left foot.
And as you scan your body,
Notice any areas of tension or discomfort.
And with every exhale,
Imagine releasing that tension,
Allowing your body to become fully relaxed.
Imagine your body fully relaxed from the crown of your head to your toes,
From your toes to the crown of your head,
From your fingertips to your toes,
From your toes to your fingertips.
Imagine the front of your body being completely relaxed and the back of your body feeling completely relaxed.
Notice also the areas in your body where there is comfort and relaxation,
As well as discomfort.
Let it all be part of this experience.
Don't try to change anything.
And now let's journey deeper into the energy of the full moon in Pisces.
Imagine yourself standing on the shore of a tranquil ocean.
The full moon is shining brightly above.
Its light is reflecting off the gentle waves.
The air is cool and crisp,
Filled with the scent of the sea.
As you stand there,
Feel the energy of the moon washing over you,
Filling you with peace and calm.
The ocean represents your inner world,
Vast and deep,
Filled with dreams,
Emotions and memories.
As you gaze at the moon,
Allow its light to illuminate the depths of your soul,
Bringing clarity and insight.
The lunar eclipse acts as a mirror,
Reflecting back to you any emotions or patterns that need to be released.
Take a moment to acknowledge anything that comes up.
And with each exhale,
Imagine letting go,
Allowing it to be carried away by the waves.
Feel the energy of Pisces guiding you towards compassion,
Empathy and spiritual connection.
Allow yourself to be fully present in this moment,
Open to whatever messages or insights the moon has for you.
Just take it all in.
And trust that the messages that you're receiving right now are exactly the messages that you're meant to get.
And as we begin to bring this meditation to a close,
Bring your awareness back to your breath.
Really come back into this space,
Back into this moment.
And take a moment to reflect on how you can integrate the energy of the full moon and eclipse into your daily life.
Here are three tips that can help you.
Practice compassion.
Pisces energy encourages us to be compassionate and understanding,
Both towards ourselves and to others.
Make a conscious effort to approach situations with empathy,
Allowing yourself to connect with others on a deeper level.
Secondly,
Trust your intuition.
The full moon in Pisces heightens our intuitive abilities.
Take time each day to listen to your inner voice,
Trusting the guidance it offers.
Whether it's through meditation,
Journaling or simply sitting in silence,
Make space to connect with your intuition.
Also let go of what no longer serves you.
The eclipse is a powerful time for releasing old patterns,
Beliefs and emotions.
Reflect on what you're ready to let go of and take steps to clear it from your life.
This could be through rituals,
Journaling or simply make a conscious decision to move forward.
Trust that whatever comes up is exactly what needs to come up.
Trust the timing of your life.
And slowly,
Slowly return back to the present moment and take a few deep breaths.
Wiggle your fingers and your toes and maybe gently stretch your body.
You could bend your knees and roll over to one side,
Any side,
And use one of your hands as a pillow for your head.
And then still with your eyes closed,
With the help of your hand,
Push yourself up into a meditative position.
Bow down your head.
And then slowly open your eyes and come up.
Carry the peace and clarity of this meditation with you,
Allowing the energy of the full moon and eclipse to continue to guide you on your journey.
