Welcome.

My name is Natalie and today we have a full moon in Libra.

We will connect with this full moon in Libra as this is a time for alignment,

Relationships and reflection.

Take a moment to already relax.

Maybe you want to sit down or lie down.

And before we will start with this meditation,

I will give you some information about the collective energy,

About what this full moon really means for you.

Libra is ruled by Venus and themes like harmony,

Fairness and beauty will come into your awareness.

The energy of this full moon will also highlight where we are in balance and where we are not.

So,

Right now you might feel an increased sensitivity to relationships with loved ones,

With friends,

Colleagues and even yourself.

Emotions could surface around giving and receiving,

Boundaries or seeking fairness and mutual understanding.

Perhaps you feel torn between different aspects of your life,

Your inner world and external expectations,

Personal desires versus obligations,

And independence versus connection.

Libra's energy is asking you to find your centre amidst these contrasts.

There may also be a longing for beauty and peace,

Yet an underlying discomfort as the full moon illuminates areas where harmony is lacking.

Rather than rushing to fix things,

Allow yourself to observe,

Reflect and surrender to the wisdom of this moon.

We will journey inward now,

Releasing imbalance and restoring a deep sense of equilibrium,

Peace and clarity.

Now take a deep breath in through your nose,

And exhale softly through your mouth.

Now take a deep breath in through your nose,

And exhale softly through your mouth.

Feel your body melting into the earth,

Supported,

Held,

Feeling safe.

And with each inhale,

Invite in peace,

And with each exhale,

Release any tension.

Now gently bring to mind an intention,

Also known as a sankalpa,

A deep truth you wish to embody.

I will give you some examples of sankalpas,

And repeat every one of them two times.

See which one is resonating most with you,

Or maybe choose your own,

If none of those sankalpas resonate with your energy right now.

And simply observe each area without movement.

Now go on to the front of your body,

Top of the nose,

Jaw,

Chin,

Throat,

Now feel your entire body as one,

Resting in stillness.

Now imagine yourself standing at the entrance of a beautiful bridge suspended between both worlds.

To your left there is chaos,

Unfinished conversations,

Unresolved emotions,

Imbalance,

The weight of expectations.

To your right there is perfect harmony,

A state of inner peace,

Clarity and deep connection.

Take a step forward onto the bridge,

Feel the strength beneath your feet and with every step you release tension,

You release doubt,

You release imbalance and you move closer to a place of inner peace and alignment.

As you walk a soft golden light begins to glow around you.

It fills your heart with warmth and you realise that balance is not about choosing one side over the other but it's about to embrace both with grace.

Now as you reach the centre of the bridge take a deep breath in and feel the energy of equilibrium settling within you.

Now silently repeat I am balanced,

I am whole,

I am whole,

I walk in harmony with myself and the world,

I embrace both my light and my shadow with love.

Take a moment to rest in this state of perfect balance.

And realise what you need to let go of,

What changes you need to make,

What people you maybe need to let go of,

What do you need to feel this inner balance into your life and just observe what comes up.

And now take a moment to rest in this state of perfect balance.

And slowly,

Slowly,

The vision begins to fade but the feeling remains with you.

And now slowly bring your awareness back to your breath,

Feel your body resting,

Whole and complete.

And slowly introduce some micro-movements into your body,

Bringing gentle motion back.

And bring your knees into your chest and roll over to one side using one of your hands as a pillow for your head.

And while you're lying there in fetus position,

Take a moment to think back to your chosen sankalpa.

Take a moment to feel gratitude as well for you,

For this moment,

For your body.

And then slowly,

Slowly,

While keeping your eyes closed,

Push yourself up into a seated position.

And before we're gonna close off completely,

I would like to share three practical tips to integrate this Libra's full moon energy into your daily life.

Create beauty and harmony in your space.

Since Libra is ruled by Venus,

Surround yourself with beauty.

Declutter,

Light a candle,

Bring flowers into your space or simply create a sense of peace in your surroundings.

Secondly,

Reflect on relationships and boundaries.

Ask yourself,

Where am I overgiving and where am I holding back?

Journal about balance in your relationships and explore ways to bring more fairness and authenticity.

And lastly,

Practice mindful decision-making.

Libra's energy can bring indecisiveness.

Instead of overthinking,

Place one hand on your heart and one on your belly.

Take a deep breath and ask yourself,

What feels truly right for me?

And let your intuition guide you.

And I'll take one big inhale through your nose for one om to end this class.
