Welcome to this full moon meditation.

My name is Nathalie and today the full moon is in Gemini.

This meditation is designed to help you connect with the energy of this full moon,

To understand its significance and align yourself with its unique qualities.

The full moon is a time of culmination,

Reflection and release.

In Gemini,

It invites us to explore communication,

Curiosity and the way we connect with others.

During this session,

We'll tune in to the collective energy,

Explore what you might be feeling and finish with tips to embrace and integrate Gemini's gifts in your days ahead.

Before we begin,

Find a comfortable position,

Either seated or lying down.

Close your eyes if it feels good and take a moment to settle into your space.

Gemini is a sign of twins,

Representing duality,

Adaptability and connection.

Its energy is curious,

Social,

Often encouraging us to think,

To speak,

To learn.

With the full moon in Gemini,

The collective energy turns towards how we share ideas,

Exchange information and connect with others.

It's a time to reflect on the stories we tell ourselves and others.

Are they true?

Are they serving us?

You may feel heightened mental activity,

A pull to have meaningful conversations or a desire to learn something new.

Gemini's energy also reminds us to embrace both sides of the coin,

The logical and the intuitive,

The talker and the listener.

As we sit under the light of this Gemini full moon,

You may notice certain feelings or themes.

You might feel restless or overthinking.

You might feel a desire to communicate your thoughts or clear out misunderstandings.

Or maybe you feel an increased curiosity or a longing to learn something new.

Or maybe you need some mental clarity and you feel like having emotional conversations.

Others around you may also exhibit these traits,

So be mindful of how you engage.

It's a time for flexibility,

Understanding and honesty,

Both with yourself and with others.

Now let's deepen into relaxation with the rotation of consciousness.

This practice will guide your awareness through different parts of your body,

Allowing yourself to fully relax and let go.

Take a deep breath in and sigh it out.

Another deep breath in and sigh everything out.

Now bring your awareness to the top of your head,

Feeling a soft sensation there.

Move your focus to your forehead,

To your eyes,

Let them soften.

Feel your cheeks,

Your jaw,

Your throat.

Notice any tension and release it.

Now shift to your shoulders,

Let them feel heavy and relaxed.

Bring your awareness to your right arm,

Moving your awareness from your shoulder,

To your elbow,

To your wrists and to every finger.

Now bring your awareness to your left arm.

Move from your shoulder,

To your elbow,

To your wrists and to every finger.

Now feel your chest rising and falling with your breath.

Move your focus to your abdomen,

Noticing how it expands and contracts.

Bring your awareness to your back,

Starting at your upper back.

Move to the middle and finally your lower back.

Now shift your awareness to your hips,

The right hip,

The left hip.

And feel the connection to the surface beneath.

Now move to your right leg.

Focus on your thigh,

Your knee,

Your calf,

Your ankle and your toes.

Now bring your awareness to your left leg.

Focus on your thigh,

Your knee.

Your calf,

Your ankle and your toes.

And finally feel the soles of your feet grounding you to the earth.

Visualize your whole body glowing in soft moonlight,

Completely relaxed.

From your toes to the crown of your head,

From the crown of your head to your toes.

Now that your body is relaxed,

Let's focus on a mantra inspired by Gemini Energy.

Just listen to my voice while I repeat this mantra three times.

I honor my truth and communicate with clarity and compassion.

I embrace curiosity and welcome new perspectives.

Feel the vibrations of these words settling in your heart.

Now visualize yourself under a bright glowing full moon.

Its silvery light is warm and comforting,

Illuminating the world around you.

As you gaze at the moon,

Imagine two golden parts appearing in front of you.

These parts represent the duality of life.

The choices,

The contrasts,

The light and the shadow.

You step onto one part,

Representing logic and reason.

Feel the clarity it brings,

The plans and structures it provides.

And now step into the second part,

Representing intuition and emotion.

Here you feel creative,

Spontaneous and deeply connected to your inner wisdom.

And as you walk,

The two parts merge into one.

You feel whole,

Balanced and aligned.

The energy of the Gemini full moon integrates these aspects within you.

You are both thinker and feeler,

Speaker and listener,

Dreamer and doer.

Now take a moment to notice what message the moon has for you.

Listen deeply.

And then slowly,

Slowly bring your awareness back to your breath.

Feeling the air moving in and out.

And introduce some micro-movements.

Wiggle your fingers and your toes.

And bring your knees into your chest and roll over to one side.

And as you're lying there in fetus position,

Take a moment to feel the gratitude.

Thank yourself for taking this time.

And now remain with your eyes closed and slowly push yourself up into a seated meditative position.

Bring your hand in front of your heart.

And as we close,

I want to give you also three tips to harness the energy of this Gemini full moon.

Write it out.

Journal your thoughts,

Especially any stories or beliefs you're ready to release.

Have a conversation.

Open up dialogue with someone you trust and share or clear the air.

And finally,

Learn something new.

Follow your curiosity,

Whether through reading,

Listening or exploring new ideas.

And we're going to end this session with one Aum and three Shanties.

So inhale deeply for Aum.

And now bring both of your palms together and rub them towards each other,

Bringing in some heat.

And then place your palms over your eyes.

Bow down.

Your head.

Open your eyes into your palms first.

Release your palms down.

And then come all the way up.

Lift the corners of your mouth.
