Welcome,

My name is Natalie and today I have a guided meditation under the radiant energy of the Full Moon in Aries for you.

Let's take a moment to acknowledge that you have chosen this time for yourself.

A sacred pause to rest,

To reflect and to reconnect.

Every Full Moon illuminates what lies hidden in our subconscious and invites us to release what no longer serves us.

In Aries,

The first sign of the Zodiac,

This lunar energy carries the qualities of action,

Of courage and the desire to walk your own path.

Aries is the pioneer,

The explorer,

The one who dares to take the first step.

During this Full Moon you may notice that your energy feels heightened.

You might feel an urge to start something new,

To move forward or to take decisive actions.

But at the same time,

Aries can bring restlessness,

Irritation or impulsive reactions.

So,

The people around you might be more outspoken,

They might be more emotional and they might challenge your boundaries.

This Full Moon asks us to honour our inner fire and courage,

While also staying connected to patience,

To softness and balance.

So,

In this meditation,

We will gently connect to that energy and find harmony within ourselves.

So,

If you haven't done so already,

I would like to ask you to find a comfortable position.

You may choose to lie down on your back or sit upright with your spine relaxed and straight.

Allow your hands to rest softly in your lap and if you're lying down,

Allow your hands to be by your sides,

Palms facing upwards.

And now close your eyes.

Bring your awareness to your breath.

Notice how the air moves naturally into your body and how it flows back out again.

Take a deep breath in through your nose,

Feel your belly rise gently.

And exhale slowly through your mouth.

Releasing tension from your shoulders,

From your jaw and from your face.

Again,

Breathe in deeply.

Hold for a moment and let go completely.

Now,

Imagine roots extending from your base,

Your legs,

Your feet,

Reaching deep into the earth.

Strong roots that support you,

Nourish you and keep you steady.

You are safe,

You are grounded and you are held by Mother Earth.

Now it's time for our Sankalpa.

In Yoga Nidra and in many forms of meditation,

We work with a Sankalpa.

A short,

Powerful intention that we plant deep in our heart.

This full moon in Arius invites us to set an intention that strengthens our courage,

Our fire and our truth.

Listen to these examples and choose one that resonates with you or create your own.

I will repeat every Sankalpa twice.

I walk my own path with trust.

I speak my truth with love and strength.

I speak my truth with love and strength.

I embrace my inner fire.

I embrace my inner fire and use it wisely.

I embrace my inner fire and use it wisely.

I take action for what truly matters.

I take action for what truly matters.

I balance my own needs with those of others.

I balance my own needs with those of others.

Now silently repeat your chosen Sankalpa three times.

As if you are planting a seed within your heart.

You now feel how this intention begins to radiate through your entire being.

We will now journey through the body,

Bringing awareness to each part.

This practice is called the rotation of consciousness.

It helps us relax deeply,

Balance our energy and become fully present.

There is nothing for you to do,

Just listen to my voice.

Now bring your awareness to your right hand.

Feel your thumb,

Index finger,

Middle finger,

Ring finger,

Little finger.

Notice your palm,

The back of your hand,

Your wrist.

Now move to your forearm,

Your elbow,

Your upper arm.

Your shoulder.

Feel your entire right arm as one whole.

Now bring your awareness to your left hand.

Thumb,

Index finger,

Middle finger,

Ring finger,

Little finger.

Your palm,

The back of your hand,

Your wrist.

Now your forearm,

Your elbow,

Your upper arm.

Your shoulder.

Feel your entire left arm as one whole.

Now shift your focus to your right leg.

Your hip.

Your thigh.

Your knee.

Your chin.

Your calf.

Your ankle.

Your foot.

Your heel.

Big toe.

Second toe.

Third toe.

Fourth toe.

Fifth toe.

Feel your entire right leg as one whole.

Now your left leg.

Your hip.

Your thigh.

Your knee.

Your chin.

Your calf.

Your ankle.

Your foot.

Your heel.

Your big toe.

Second toe.

Third toe.

Fourth toe.

Fifth toe.

Feel your entire left leg as one whole.

Now bring your attention to your head.

The crown of your head.

Your forehead.

Your right eyebrow.

Your left eyebrow.

The space between your eyebrows.

Your right eye.

Your left eye.

The space behind your eyes.

Your nose.

Your right cheek.

Your left cheek.

The space between your nose and your lips.

Your lips and mouth.

Your chin.

Your jaw.

Your throat.

Your chest.

Your heart.

Be aware of your heartbeat.

Your lungs.

Your belly.

Feel your pelvis.

Your tailbone.

Your entire spine.

Now see your whole body.

Your whole body.

Your whole body as one field of energy.

Alive.

Present.

Grounded.

And connected.

Now imagine your whole body.

Imagine yourself standing outdoors.

Beneath a clear night sky.

Above you shines the full moon in areas.

Its light is powerful.

Luminous and warm.

Glowing like a fire that lights up the darkness.

Feel how this moonlight spreads across your entire body.

It flows through the crown of your head.

Your heart.

Your belly.

Down into your legs.

And feet.

You are completely bathed in this fiery healing light.

And ahead of you a path appears.

Illuminated by the moon.

You take one step forward.

And another one.

And with each step.

Strength and courage flow through you.

On either side of the path you notice symbols of your inner power.

Perhaps a shield.

A torch.

A sword.

A flame.

Or simply a bright glowing light.

You reach out.

And choose the symbol that speaks to you most.

Carrying it with you.

As your companion.

As you walk further you feel lighter.

Stronger.

More aligned.

The full moon whispers softly.

You are ready.

You are brave.

You are allowed to shine as you truly are.

Now you arrive at an open clearing.

Fully lit by the moonlight.

You stand tall.

And you repeat your sankalpa once more.

Clearly.

Strongly.

And from your heart.

Feel it vibrating through your whole being.

As if every cell remembers your true essence.

Now stay here in silence for a few moments.

Allow images.

Feelings.

Or messages to come to you.

And now slowly bring your awareness back to your breath.

Notice the rise and fall of your belly.

The gentle rhythm of life moving through you.

Bring your hands to your heart and feel gratitude.

For yourself.

For this moment.

And for the full moon that lights your path.

Repeat your sankalpa one last time in silence.

Know that it will travel with you as a golden thread.

Even as you return to your daily life.

You can move your fingers and toes.

And roll your shoulders gently.

And when you are ready.

You can softly open your eyes.

And before we close off.

I would like to give you three practical tips.

To integrate the full moon energy.

In your daily life.

First I would like to invite you to take a brave step.

Choose one thing that you have been postponing.

And this week.

Take a clear first step forward.

Even a small action is powerful.

Second.

Channel your fire physically.

Move your body to release energy.

Maybe dance.

Run.

Practice yoga.

Or maybe create a small fire ritual.

Such as writing down what you want to release.

And safely burn it.

And last but not least.

Balance honesty with softness.

Especially during the couple of days.

Try to take a deep breath.

Before you respond in conversations.

Choose words that are both truthful and kind.

Allowing areas energy to flow.

Without creating unnecessary conflict.

Thank you so much for taking this time to meditate with me.

Until the next time.

Namaste.
