In this short meditation,

We'll focus on three words,

Powerful reminders of who you are and what you're capable of.

These words will be an anchor guiding you back to confidence,

Clarity,

And calm.

Take a deep breath in and exhale slowly.

Let's begin.

Close your eyes or soften your gaze.

Take a slow,

Deep inhale through your nose and exhale gently through your mouth.

Now think of three words that define your strength.

These can be words you already believe about yourself or words you want to embody.

If you need inspiration,

Try resilient,

Capable,

Enough,

Or choose your own words that make you feel powerful,

Grounded,

And whole.

Inhale and silently say your first word.

Let it settle in your mind.

Exhale and release any doubt.

Breathe in and say your second word.

Feel its energy fill you.

Exhale,

Letting go of stress.

Inhale and say your third word.

Own it.

Believe it.

Exhale,

Releasing anything that no longer serves you.

Now repeat your three words with each slow,

Steady breath.

Let them sink in,
