This meditation will give you words to carry when life asks you to respond,

Not react.

Close your eyes or soften your gaze.

Let your breath guide you into stillness.

In through the nose,

Out through the mouth.

Bring to mind a situation you've been holding.

A decision,

A shift,

A what if playing in your thoughts.

As it appears in your mind,

Imagine asking if this happens,

Then what?

Instead of spiraling into fear or control,

Breathe in clarity and breathe out worry.

Quietly affirm to yourself,

I trust myself to handle what comes.

Every change brings a new opportunity.

I am resourceful,

Capable,

And steady.

Even if the path changes,

I remain whole.

See yourself moving through this moment with grace,

Feeling supported by your breath,

Your wisdom,

And your resilience.

Notice how possibilities expand when you approach life with curiosity instead of resistance.

Take one final deep breath in and a slow releasing breath out.
