I Love You, I've Got You
It's one of a series of love letters I wrote to myself. This meditation is one of love in moments when you need to hold yourself and let your feelings be and remind yourself that you are loved, and that it's okay, and that you are going to be okay. I have been using this a lot in present times to calm myself amidst the overwhelm and come back to love.
