I'm Natalia Futt and this is your 4-minute reset meditation.
Begin to deepen your inhales and your exhales.
Begin to tune in to the feeling and sensation of your breath.
Notice the way the air enters the body,
Perhaps through the nose,
Through the mouth.
Notice as the air fills the body,
The expanse of the chest,
The rising of the belly.
Notice the exhale,
The release of the air.
What does that sensation feel like?
Perhaps it feels a little bit easier,
Softer.
What do you notice?
The breath is a great indicator of how we're feeling.
Your breath lets us tune in and reset.
Bring awareness to your body.
Noticing the areas that are touching the chair,
The bed,
The floor.
Noticing the weight of the body.
And then returning to your breath.
This settling,
This ease.
Breathing is a thing we do all day long.
And sometimes taking just a few minutes to notice allows us to reset,
Refocus and come back renewed.
Let your breath be your guide throughout the day.
When you're done here,
Come back to your breath.
Take a deep breath in through the nose.
Open your mouth and sigh it out.
When you're ready,
Allow your eyes to open and proceed with your day.
