Okay,

So when you're ready,

Just going to close down the eyes,

And we're just going to gently arrive into this moment.

As I said,

We're just going to be breathing through the notes today.

So as your eyes are closed,

Just take a moment to relax,

And we're just going to go into a nice guided meditation,

Then visualization.

So first of all,

Let's just go into a nice relaxation,

Just breathing through the nose.

Just inhale and exhale.

Just relaxing in this moment right here,

Right now.

Just a nice,

Steady inhale,

And nice,

Soft exhale.

In this meditation,

Your intention is simply to tune into your future self,

The person that you want to become,

And we're going to imprint this into your psychology,

Into your subconscious mind.

So just inhale through the nose,

And exhale.

Just really start to relax.

Let's just take a moment to relax all the muscles in the body,

Just starting from the top of your head,

And we need to relax the top of your head.

Just relax your neck muscles,

Just loosen that neck a bit,

Loosen the back of the neck,

Sides of the neck.

Just let go of any tension in the neck and the shoulders.

Just relax your arms.

Just take this awareness as it flows down your arms to your elbows,

From your elbows down to your wrists,

Down to your fingers.

Just relax your arms and your hands,

Just breathing in and out.

Just relaxing the shoulders,

The arms,

The elbows,

Even the fingers.

Just take this awareness back up your arms and to your shoulders.

And we're going to go down the spine,

So from the neck down to the tailbone.

Relax every vertebrae in the spine,

Relaxing all the muscles.

Just letting go as you breathe out,

Let go of any aches or pains or stiffness in the spine.

Just surrender.

So get down to your hips,

Just feel that grounding sensation,

Just inhale and exhale,

Just begin to relax the lower half of the body,

So from your hips down to your thighs,

Down to your knees.

Just go down your shins to your ankles,

Your toes.

Just inhale nice and smooth,

Exhale nice and steady,

Just let go,

Just relax.

Imagine every muscle in your body is now softening and relaxing.

Bring this focus and this awareness up from your legs,

Back up to your knees,

To your hips,

To your belly.

Just take a moment to breathe into the belly,

Just relax the muscles in the diaphragm,

The front of the stomach.

So just breathe naturally,

Just witness the belly moving.

Relaxing your chest,

Come up to your chest and your heart.

Relaxing the chest,

The front of the chest,

The neck,

Relaxing your collarbone.

Just breathe nice and deeply.

If you're holding on to any tension,

Now is the time to just relax and let go.

Relaxing your throat,

Relaxing your face,

Your chin,

Your jaw,

Relaxing your left cheek and your right cheek.

Relaxing your lips,

Relaxing your nose,

Just breathing in and out.

Relax your eyelids,

Relax the forehead,

All the muscles in the forehead.

Taking your focus as you keep your eyes closed to the centre of your forehead,

In between the brows.

This is your gateway to higher levels of consciousness.

Just breathing in and out.

Look at the centre of your forehead.

Feel this energy pulsating.

So just breathing in and out,

Just take a moment to meditate.

So when your mind wanders and those thoughts and stories come into your head,

Or any sensations or emotions arise,

You just recognise it very softly,

Very gently.

You just breathe and let go of it.

Just be very gentle with the mind.

Very gentle with the emotions.

Very gentle with self-talk.

Now I want you to take a moment to enter this emptiness.

This space beyond thinking.

This presence,

This emptiness.

Just take a moment just to breathe.

Breathing in the emptiness.

Breathing in the presence.

Your mind is a blank slate,

Just let go.

Just inhale through the nose and exhale.

Just surrender.

Just relax and let go.

Before we visualise,

It's always good to relax.

Always good to empty the mind.

So what I'd like you to do now,

Is I want you to use the power of imagination,

Visualisation in your mind.

I'd like you to imagine or visualise a bridge.

So just visualise a bridge in your mind now.

I want you to see on the left hand side of the bridge is you.

The self now.

Without any judgement,

Without any criticism.

Just from a place of awareness.

You can see yourself where you are in life now,

On the left hand side of the bridge.

Just take a moment just to see what's going on in life for you.

Any of these challenges that you might be facing.

The anxieties that you might be going through.

Just take a moment to see the self now.

It's okay just to be really,

Really honest and genuine with yourself.

Take a moment to look at your health,

Your happiness.

Your sense of fulfilment.

Your purpose in life.

The relationships that you're having.

The money in your bank account.

Just take a moment just to look at the self now and where you are.

Again with nothing but pure love and compassion.

Just visualise that person where you are today.

You must understand there's nothing wrong with wanting to become more.

With wanting to experience more and attract and manifest more.

We live in a world of absolute abundance.

So what I'd like you to do,

On the opposite side of the bridge,

On the right hand side.

So if you're looking at it from a side view,

On the right hand side of the bridge is your future self.

The person that you'd like to become.

I want you to find a way to visualise that future self.

That future you.

How do they look now that they've achieved their goals?

While they've grown and awakened.

I want you to visualise the kind of relationships that they're having.

What kind of health you're experiencing.

What kind of energy and motivation they have.

What kind of fulfilment and love is in their life.

I want you to visualise the lifestyle that they live.

What kind of money are they earning?

What kind of job do they have?

So I want you to take a moment to visualise this future self.

Just like you're watching a movie in your mind.

And they're on the other side of this bridge.

And they're smiling.

This is representing where you are now and where you want to be.

Where you're going,

Who you're becoming.

So just take a moment to see your future self on the other side of that bridge.

With all that joy and energy and love.

Just visualise that picture in your mind now.

What kind of lifestyle are you living?

What kind of person have you become?

Now what I'd love you to do now is I'd love you to visualise yourself walking across that bridge.

Maybe you can look down and you can see your feet taking the first steps.

And then you look up and you see your future self on the other side of the bridge.

I want you to imagine that you're walking closer and closer to the other side of the bridge to meet your future self.

And as you get closer you feel the energy,

You feel that vibration from your future self.

You can feel the joy and abundance and excitement from your future self.

Your future self is now looking at you.

So you're walking across the bridge,

Your future self is looking at you,

Smiling,

Encouraging you to come.

As you get closer and closer it feels good.

You can feel it.

The aliveness inside the body.

The hairs on your body just start to rise.

The goosebumps as you get closer and closer.

Eventually you're going to come to this future self.

And you're going to become one.

So you can hug your future self and become one.

You can step inside of your future self and become one.

Whatever you want to symbolize in your subconscious mind,

I'd like you to do that now.

So you're on the other side of the bridge now.

You've become your future self.

Every cell in your body has become that self now.

So the future self,

All the cells in the body.

The excitement,

The joy.

The motivations.

The abundance,

The love.

The happiness,

The purpose in life.

It's you now and I want you to feel it.

So you're on the other side of the bridge now and I want you to feel it now.

Inside every cell of your body there's an aliveness,

An intelligence,

A frequency,

A vibration.

And what I'd like you to do now is you think about where you'll be in the future.

I want you to visualize that in your mind.

I want you to feel it though as it's a reality today.

It's done.

It's done,

It's done.

So just like you're watching a YouTube movie or a video in your mind,

I want you to play out your future dreams,

Your goals,

Your visions,

Whatever it is.

But it's like it's happening now to you.

It can be absolutely anything.

If you're visualizing relationships,

You can visualize them holding the person's hand.

You can feel that love.

If it's the money or wealth,

You can see yourself buying things that you want.

Living in the places that you want without any worry or without any stress.

There's joy and relaxation.

Whether it's your learning goals and passing your exams,

Visualize that in your mind now.

And it's like it's happening right now.

You can feel everything now in your body,

Now you're on the other side of the bridge.

As you're visualizing this future self,

I want you to make the colors in this picture really,

Really big and bright.

If you can hear any sounds.

If you want to bring any friends or family into this picture,

You can.

Smell everything that you can.

Taste it,

Touch it.

Just visualize it now and remember to have fun with that.

You create your reality,

Whatever you want to become,

You to create.

Just really,

Really feel it.

See it in your mind.

The colors,

The pictures.

See yourself doing the things you want to be doing.

The life you want to be living.

Notice how your future self is feeling.

Feel that in your body now.

Just making all the colors big and bright.

I want you to take a really,

Really positive image of your future self and freeze it.

What I'd love you to do now is bring that picture closer and closer to your third eye.

Take that picture with all the feelings.

Take it through your forehead into your brain.

So take that vision inside your brain and I want you to imprint the memory into your mind.

Imprint those visions.

You created every picture that was in your mind.

Maybe you turned into the future and it's already happened.

Maybe you're just visualizing it now,

Who knows?

But you've created every image in your mind that's just come up.

So imprint the ones that you want.

The vision that you want.

Imprint it into your mind.

Imagine all the neurons are wiring together to create a belief system.

It's your reality.

Silent and repeat this,

That is my reality.

That is my reality.

I want you to unplug any old beliefs you don't need from the old self.

Just unplug all those end beliefs,

Just like you're taking a plug out of a socket.

Just unplug those old ones and imprint the new memory you just created.

Imagine all the electricity in the brain.

Taking your awareness into your brain now and imagine all of the electricity in your brain.

Wiring all the neurons together.

Keeping those positive visions in the mind.

I want you to blast that all around your body.

Just that vision,

That motivation,

That excitement all around the body.

Every cell in the body lights up.

Your body is full of light and energy.

It's taking your vision,

Your images into the body.

So that you imprint it at a cellular level.

This is very important.

When we imprint at a cellular level,

Your behaviours and your patterns start to change.

This is why it's so much deeper than just law of attraction.

Just take a moment to feel every cell in your body.

In your arms,

In your legs,

Your fingers,

Your toes.

Becoming one with that vision that you had in the future.

From the body send it into your chest.

Into your heart space.

Just breathe into your heart.

Sink into the softness in your heart.

Take that vision into your heart space.

Imprinting it into your heart so you follow your intuition.

You follow your gut instincts.

You stay true to yourself.

And to your path no matter what.

So just imprint that picture and vision into your heart space.

Just breathe in and out of your heart.

Just relax.

Very softly and very gently in your heart space.

Silently repeat this mantra.

It's done.

It's done.

It's done.

You created those realities.

There is nothing wrong with where you are now.

You are absolutely divine and beautiful.

It's not about comparing.

It's not about judging or criticizing or getting frustrated.

Or annoyed with where you are today.

It's about becoming and awakening.

Realizing that who you are today is not static.

You don't need to keep those patterns.

We must become aware.

And then we can see who we want to become.

So on the other side of that bridge you became the person you wanted to become.

The awakened self you imprinted it into your mind.

Into every cell of your body.

Your cellular level and now it's in your heart space.

So just going to breathe into that softness.

And just remember this is your birthright.

Take a moment to sink into your heart.

Just simply remember that truth.

So what I'd like you to do now from your heart space.

Just imagine your heart is like a ray of light.

You are just going to blast that love out of your heart.

Blast that love to your friends,

Your families.

Send love all around the world.

Especially to your future self.

Just blast that love to your future self.

And she will pull you towards your destiny.

She will guide you when you slip into patterns or behaviors that do not serve you or your purpose.

Through intuition,

Through gut feeling,

Through instinct.

That is your future self pulling you to become who you were born to be.

So blasting that love out to your future self,

Make that connection.

So when you're ready,

I want you to bring your awareness back into this moment.

This space here,

Right here,

Right now.

This is all where it begins,

Right here,

Right now.

Just listen to the sounds outside.

Feel the sensations in the body.

Feel the temperature in the room.

Feeling your fingers and your toes.

Just bring in your awareness back here.

And when you're ready,

Just very,

Very gently,

Very slowly,
