Before stepping into something new, it’s important to release what’s old and no longer serving you. Take this practice to clear away unwanted energy so that you can walk into a new season with a fresh start.

Welcome to the Fresh Start Meditation.

This is a practice of clearing,

Of releasing and shedding what no longer serves you.

Before getting into the clearing work,

First bring your attention to your breath.

Observe each inhale and each exhale.

Notice where there's more space that can be given to your breath.

Expand as you breathe in and release as you breathe out.

Take your time.

Now that you are attuned to your breath,

Notice how you're feeling.

Notice the ease taking root in your body.

Notice the opening of your heart.

And from this space of compassionate observation,

Begin to reveal what it is you would like to release.

This doesn't need to be a laundry list of items.

Releasing one impactful thing is much more valuable than releasing frivolous things.

The thing you're clearing could be negative self-talk,

Inconsistency,

A mindset of scarcity,

Resentment,

Or something completely different.

Now address this that you are releasing.

Declare that you are clearing it from your spirit so that you can have a fresh start that propels you into your best season of life.

Take a deep breath in.

Take a deep audible exhale out.

Take a deep breath in.

Take a deep audible exhale out.

Again taking a deep breath in and take a deep audible exhale out.

Take another breath in.

This time deeply exhale with power in any emotion you want to express.

Take two more deep breaths just like this.

Breathe in one last time.

This time hold your breath.

Place both hands on your heart.

Now slowly and gently exhale through your mouth.

Just take a moment to sit with yourself.

Noticing how you feel.

Noticing if there's anything else that you want to release in this moment before we conclude.

So often we go to manifest without releasing the things that have kept our manifestations from coming true in the past.

I hope that through this practice you released one good thing so that you can enter into your best season.
