A pause from doing. A return to simply being. Use this practice as a reminder that expansion is natural when you give yourself permission. If you’ve been holding back, shrinking, or feeling confined, this meditation offers a gentle opening—so you can reconnect with what nourishes you and allows your heart to feel full again.

Close your eyes,

Relax and focus on all the surrounding sounds.

Open your sense of hearing as far and wide as you can and truly open up to everything you can hear,

Whether the sound is annoying or beautiful.

Don't pay attention to your opinion,

Simply open in acceptance to everything you are able to hear in your surroundings.

Just listen.

Now draw your attention to the sounds that are closer by,

The sounds that are directly surrounding you,

The very subtle sounds coming from the space you are in.

What do you hear?

Now listen to the soft sound of your own inhalation and exhalation.

Focus your awareness on your nostrils and simply stay there,

Observing your breath,

Observing the sound of the air moving in and out,

In and out.

Imagine you are in nature,

Take a moment to allow your vision to establish.

Even if you don't directly see it,

Just sense yourself being in nature.

Alone,

Safe and free.

What do your surroundings look like?

What do you hear?

What does the air smell like?

Is it fresh or warm?

And how does your body feel?

Allow all your senses to expand and connect with the place you have chosen to be in.

And as you are here in this beautiful place in nature,

Alone and held by the spaciousness around you,

Connect to the deep sense of safety you feel inside.

Safe to be,

Safe to feel,

Safe to expand.

Breathe deeply and allow your sense of connection to expand into all directions.

Feel your energy field expand above you,

Expand below you,

In front of you,

Behind you and to either side.

Expand with every breath you take,

Expand into all directions.

Here you are safe to completely allow your expanded self to freely be.

You are so much greater than your body,

You are free and expansive.

Feel the nourishing effect take place as you simply allow yourself to be expanded,

Here and now.

There is nowhere to go,

Nothing to do or seek.

You have the power to create the spaciousness your spirit needs,

Anytime,

Anywhere.

Breathe and feel your expansion,

Breathe and just be.

In this expanded state,

You become very,

Very clear and receptive.

In this expanded state,

You are open to receive inspiration,

Ideas and visions.

Take a moment to ask yourself any question that arises in this moment.

Allow a clear question to formulate itself.

Now as you hold the question in your awareness,

Scan your body for any sensations that may arise.

Where in your body is the question situated?

Take a few deep breaths,

Inhaling and exhaling,

Inhaling and exhaling.

Reconnect with your sense of expansiveness.

In this state of openness,

Naturally allow a response to form itself.

A response as a clear answer to your question.

Again,

Scan your body for any sensations.

From which place in your body is the answer arising?

Breathe and allow yourself to receive a response to your question.

You are powerful.

You hold all the answers to any question or advice you may need.

Whenever you feel stuck or contracted,

Remember that this is a sign that you need to create a sacred space for yourself to feel free to expand.

Use this power in any way that nourishes you.

You know what it is that makes your heart feel full.

Make sure you create regular moments to just be,

To feel free,

To expand.

Remember,

You have the power to create spaciousness inside your being,

Anywhere,

At any moment,

Whenever you need.

Once more,

Breathe deeply and allow for your expansion to grow even further,

Wider and deeper into all directions.

Breathe deeply and connect to this beautiful,

Powerful sensation of expansiveness.

It is safe to expand as far and wide as you desire.

You are free to be as you are.

You are free to expand.
