Find a quiet space where you can immerse yourself in this journey and when you are ready gently close your eyes.

Let us begin by acknowledging the emotions that reside within you.

Take a deep breath inviting awareness to the feelings that may be waiting to be acknowledged.

As you exhale release any tension or resistance you may be holding.

Allow your breath to find its natural rhythm a soothing cadence that connects you to the present moment.

With each inhale feel the life force entering your body and with each exhale release any emotional burdens you may carry.

Visualize a warm gentle light surrounding you.

This light represents the energy of inner healing nurturing you from the inside out.

As you breathe let this healing light permeate every cell of your being.

Bring your awareness to the emotional landscapes within.

Picture them as a vast open field.

Each emotion is a unique flower waiting to be acknowledged and tended to with compassion.

With each breath imagine a breeze moving through these fields.

Gently stirring and carrying away any heavy emotions.

Feel a sense of lightness as the emotional weight begins to lift.

Focus on the areas of your body where emotions may be stored.

It could be in your chest,

Your stomach or elsewhere.

As you breathe visualize these areas becoming a little softer,
