Welcome to this transformative journey towards calming the chaos within and silencing the mind.

Let's embark on a 15 minute guided meditation for clarity and a peaceful mind.

Find a comfortable space where you won't be disturbed and when you're ready gently close your eyes.

Let's begin by acknowledging the busy nature of the mind and the chaos that may surround you.

As you settle into this moment take a deep breath in acknowledging the chaos around and within.

As you exhale release the weight of the demands and expectations that may be pressing on your mind.

Allow your breath to return to its natural rhythm focusing on the gentle inhales and exhales.

With each breath imagine a soft calming light surrounding you creating a bubble of tranquility.

Bring your awareness to the thoughts racing through your mind.

Picture them as leaves floating on a stream.

Acknowledge each thought without judgment and let it gracefully drift away leaving your minds clear and serene.

Feel the support beneath you whether you are seated or lying down.

Let the grounds be a foundation grounding you and providing stability amidst the chaos.

With each breath imagine a peaceful lake within your mind.

As you continue to breathe visualize the ripples on the surface calming down reflecting a still and tranquil mind beneath.

Now shift your attention to your body.

Notice any areas of tension and with each breath send relaxation to those areas.

Feel the tension melting away leaving you with a sense of ease.

As you breathe in invite clarity into your mind.

Picture a clear sky above you free from clouds.

With each exhale release any mental fog or confusion allowing your mind to become clearer and more focused.

Feel the gentle rhythm of your heartbeat a reminder of the present moment.

Embrace the simplicity of just being letting go of the need to constantly think and analyze.

Imagine a soft breeze moving through your mind gently clearing away any lingering thoughts.

With each breath welcome the soothing wind of peace leaving you with a quiet and serene mental landscape.

In this state of calm let your awareness rest on your breath.

Inhale tranquility and exhale any remaining tension.

Your breath is a guide leading you to a place of inner stillness.

As we approach the end of our meditation take a moment to express gratitude for this oasis of peace you've created within.

Affirm to yourself I am at peace and my mind is calm.

Gently start to bring your awareness back to the present.

Wiggle your fingers and toes gradually reconnecting with your surroundings and when you're ready slowly open your eyes.

Hearing the calmness and clarity you've cultivated into the world.

Thank you for joining me in this calm the chaos meditation.

May your mind be clear,

Your heart at peace,

And your spirit light.

Until next time be well and embrace the tranquility within.

Ashe
