Healing Affirmations

This is a short channeled insight. It is an invitation for us to practise this as a ritual, a healing meditation that can be repeated as many days or times as needed. This is definitely a short series of affirmations, but it is quite dense.

I am freeing myself from disease, Be it mental, Physical, Energetic and spiritual now. I am a sovereign being and I step back into my own power, Which includes my ability to completely heal myself at will. And it is my will to do so now and forever. I free myself from any cause of disease and any manifestations of disease here and now and forever. This goes for all the dimensions of my being. I hereby declare myself fully, Completely, Thoroughly healed. I am a free being and I free myself from everything that is not perfectly healthy. I step into my power here and now as a sovereign being. I am a perfect being. I am a divine being. I am the essence of the divine. I am. So be it. And so it is.
