Hello and welcome to this guided visualization of your perfect day.
My name is Myrthe and this meditation will help you to dream big and to connect with your deepest desires for life.
And remember,
Everything is possible in this perfect day.
You can choose whatever you want to do,
Wherever you want to go,
And however you want your life to look like in this day.
There are no limits.
So let's begin.
You can find a comfortable seat and slowly begin to close your eyes.
And then take a big breath in through your nose.
And with an exhale you open your mouth and you sigh it out.
Again deep breath in and let it go on your exhale.
One more time,
Breathe in and breathe out.
Coming back to a normal breath,
But already a little deeper and a little slower.
And you begin to connect with your heart.
You bring your awareness,
Your focus inwards.
Feeling your body and the energy around the heart.
And then I'm going to ask you to visualize in front of your closed eyes that you wake up one day.
And it's not just one day.
It's your perfect day.
Your life has unfolded into your very best life.
It's a life that's nourishing on every level of your being and you couldn't be happier.
You're content and healthy.
So you wake up on this perfect day and before you actually open your eyes,
Just feel the bed that you're in.
The sheets,
Are they light or heavy,
Warm or a little crispy cold?
How soft or hard is your mattress?
What's the texture like?
And when you do open your eyes,
When you wake up,
What's the color of your sheets?
What are you wearing?
And is there someone next to you in the bed?
Someone you already know maybe?
Or maybe this is someone who you are yet to meet.
So you look around in the space where you wake up.
What do you see?
What colors,
Shapes,
Furniture,
Light or dark?
Are there windows and are those windows open or closed?
What time is it?
And can you see light coming in through the curtains,
Giving you an idea of the weather outside?
And again,
It's your perfect day,
So what's the weather like?
The temperature?
Maybe a soft breeze coming in?
Anything that you can identify in that room.
And because this is your perfect life,
This room is in your perfect home or your perfect place that you reside in for that moment,
What do you see?
And then what's the first thing you do when you get out of bed?
You probably go to the bathroom,
But after that,
Do you go back to bed,
Snooze a little longer?
Is there a morning ritual,
Including maybe movement,
Mindfulness,
A cup of coffee or a cup of tea?
Again,
What are you wearing?
What are those first steps you take on this perfect day?
How do you start your morning consciously?
And who do you see there in your home?
A partner,
Friends,
Children,
Family members.
And when you start to wander around your perfect home,
What does it look like?
How big or small is it?
Where is it located?
Does it have a view or not?
Is it in nature,
In a city?
Does it have a porch,
A balcony,
Or is it a beautiful city apartment?
Again,
Everything is possible.
Just visualize in front of your mind's eye how you move through this first hour or so after you wake up.
What do you have for breakfast and what time do you have breakfast and with whom do you share it?
And then you have a beautiful morning ahead of you that you can spend any way you like.
So the question is,
What do you do?
Is there work maybe?
And if so,
What kind of work?
What kind of work are you so passionate about that it almost doesn't feel like doing work?
Are you spending your morning maybe without work,
But with friends,
Having coffees,
Maybe time in nature or with your children if they are there,
Or maybe on hobbies?
Again,
It doesn't matter.
You choose how to spend that morning.
And then slowly moving into lunchtime,
Again,
What time do you have lunch?
Where do you go for lunch?
Or do you have it at home?
Do you prepare your own?
Who do you have it with?
And what's your meal like?
And from lunch,
You ease into your afternoon.
And again,
The question is,
How do you spend it?
Do you work?
And if yes,
Where do you work?
Is there an office?
Do you work from home remotely?
Do you have colleagues or not?
Or do you spend it on other things,
Hobbies,
Learning,
Nature,
Rest,
An afternoon nap maybe?
How do you spend your perfect afternoon?
And then you move into the late afternoon and it's about sunset time.
What do you do around that time?
Do you consciously watch the sun go down after another beautiful day?
And then moving into the evening,
It's dinner time and the question arises again.
What do you have for dinner?
And what does your dinner situation look like?
Do you go out to a beautiful restaurant?
Do you have it at home?
Do you cook yourself?
Or maybe you have this beautiful image of a long wooden table outside in your garden with fairy lights,
Bottles of wine,
And some friends.
And then you have a whole evening ahead of you that you again can fill with things that you love doing and that nourish you.
So do you rest?
Do you connect?
Do you move,
Party?
Your perfect day,
So don't hold back.
Everything is possible.
Whatever you choose to do,
At some point,
It's time for bed again.
What do you do?
Do you have a bedtime ritual?
Things that help you relax and get you into a sleep mode,
Calm down your nervous system?
What does that look like ideally?
And when you step into bed and those same sheets,
Or maybe not the same,
Again,
Everything is possible.
But when you step into bed,
You look back at this gorgeous,
Amazing day with a smile on your face.
You feel so grateful,
So happy,
And so satisfied.
And proud of yourself because you created this life for yourself.
Nobody else but you.
So right now,
You feel in your body what it feels like to live this perfect,
Amazing life.
Maybe it's a sense of warmth,
Of softness,
Of calm,
Or a thrilling excitement.
And you remember this feeling in your body right now.
Because if you can visualize it in front of your mind's eye,
And if you can feel it in your body,
It is possible for you.
You can create this.
You just need to believe it before you can actually see it.
And you step into that bed and you close your eyes and drift off into a deep,
Nourishing sleep,
Ready for another day tomorrow of this amazing life.
And take a deep breath in through your nose,
And a deep breath out.
Again,
Deep breath in,
And deep breath out.
And when you are ready,
Very slowly you can begin to open your eyes.
And I would advise you to take a couple of minutes to write down any images,
Visuals,
Insights,
And ideas you got from this meditation,
This guided visualization.
Write them down.
