Welcome to this meditation to ground your energy.
I'm inviting you to find a comfortable seat or even lay down and slowly close down your eyes and taking a full deep breath in through your nose and exhale out through your mouth to just really let go and do that again a deep breath in through the nose exhale out through your mouth one last time breathing in through the nose expanding into your belly and your chest and then holding your breath at the top for a moment and again slowly exhaling out through the mouth letting it go and then sealing off the lips and continuing a slightly deeper a slightly slower breath in and out through the nose and just checking in with your body here noticing how your body feels and if there is any obvious tension or tightness that you're holding on to in your body that you can let go even if it's just a little bit being with yourself in stillness and just feeling your own energy you have landed in this meditation most likely because your energy feels scattered,
High,
Restless so I'm inviting you to actually feel that scattered energy and see that energy around you in your field all over the place a little messy restless you're not feeling grounded your mind hops like a monkey from thought to thought you're keeping yourself busy,
Your body always moving you're talking a lot more than usual but underneath that is something else a fear to sit still with the true feelings so can you become still and quiet and give yourself a moment to just be with this scattered energy,
This high restless energy and like I said just visualize that energy as a ton of little clouds up in the sky all around you blocking your view and then you can visualize that those clouds,
That energy get sucked in through the crown of your head you bring them closer and then suck them in through your crown you bring them down through your head,
Through your throat,
Through your chest your belly,
Your hips,
Your legs,
Your feet into the earth underneath you all that scattered energy,
The million thoughts,
The thousands of words bring them in and bring them down all those experiences bring them in and bring them down visualizing that energy moving from the sky above you,
From your field,
Drawing them in through the crown of your head and letting them move down,
Down,
Down,
Down through your whole body,
Through your feet,
Into the earth that high energy,
That restlessness,
Bring it into the crown of your head visualize it and through your head,
Through your throat,
Your chest,
Your belly,
Your hips,
Your legs and then your feet bring them down into the ground connecting yourself to earth slowing down your field,
Your energy calming down your field,
Your energy bringing it down,
Down,
Down from the crown of your head,
Through your body into the earth where it will dissolve so bring it down,
Down,
Down allowing yourself to deeply connect with the earth and allowing the earth to support and ground you keep visualizing,
Bringing that scattered energy,
That restless energy from the sky,
From your field,
Through the crown of your head,
Through your body through your feet,
Into the earth down,
Down,
Down and you can stay in this space and keep visualizing this flow of energy from that high up,
Restless,
Scattered field through your body,
Into the earth as long as you want to but if you are ready you can slowly take a deep breath in and a deep breath out observing your body for a moment and noticing the difference in your energy you are grounded,
