And you can place your hands lightly into your lap,
Sit up nice and tall.
You can close your eyes when you're ready.
I'm going to take a big inhale through your nose and let it out through your mouth.
Inhale through your nose and out through your mouth.
Next time you inhale,
Let it come really deep from the lower belly and out.
Feeling your body,
Dropping your shoulders a little bit,
Softening your face.
Just noticing how you're feeling tonight,
If there's any obvious areas of tension or tightness that you're experiencing,
Maybe your shoulders or your jaw,
Your hips.
Just gently allow your breath to slow down.
And then I invite you to connect with an area in your life that might be either really present today or something that's coming up,
Where you feel stuck,
Where you feel out of alignment,
Something's off,
What's not meant to be this way.
And taking a few moments to connect with something that is happening for you,
Where do you feel stuck?
Usually the first thing that comes to mind is right,
So you can stay with that.
Maybe even a couple of things come up.
And if nothing pops up,
That might also say something.
Where do you feel stuck?
And how would you like that area of your life to be different?
If you could dream big,
And you can,
Spoiler,
You can.
How would you want that part of your life to be different?
What would have to change in your life?
How would your life look different,
Be different?
And how would you be different?
What would have to change within yourself?
Who creates this bigger change in your life?
Who unstuck yourself from this place?
You see yourself,
Visualize yourself in this new life.
How would you feel in that situation?
And can you teach your body right now how that feels,
Cultivating that exact sense of maybe freedom or happiness,
Softness,
Flow,
Ease,
Whatever it is,
Lightness.
You teach your body right now how it would feel if you would unstuck yourself from this situation.
You listen to your body.
And what it is saying right now about this situation.
Why are you not yet there?
What is holding you back?
What are you afraid of?
Losing people,
Stability,
Safety,
Money,
Identity.
What are you afraid of?
What is keeping you where you're at?
And what does that feel like in your body?
And if you then would go back to this vision where you unstuck yourself,
You dreamed big,
You stepped out of your comfort zone.
What is one small step that you could take to get there?
Today,
Tomorrow,
This week.
What is holding you back from doing that?
From taking that small step?
Because again,
Back to these fears,
What scares you the most?
Remember,
Like we said before,
Often that's where we need to start.
So what scares you the most about this idea,
This vision?
And can you give that fear space,
Just breathing deeply into your body,
Deep into your belly.
Staying with it.
And then maybe asking your 80-year-old self,
What he or she would do if they were you?
What would they advise you?
What would I regret laying on my deathbed if I hadn't taken that one small step?
Keep breathing deeply.
Can you teach your body that these fears are actually not so scary?
And can you teach your body that it is okay to not know what's on the other side?
Because remember,
You are the only one that's holding you back,
That's stopping you from moving forward.
From jumping out of your comfort zone.
From unstucking yourself from that box.
So what is it that you need to let go of?
What will help you to move forward?
And to answer that question,
Again,
Feel deeply into your body.
Into your belly,
Into your heart.
Breathing towards those areas.
Can you learn to trust your gut?
You let it speak to you.
Trusting your intuition.
And knowing that that path is always right for you.
And also knowing that it's part of life to get uncomfortable sometimes.
Growth comes with obstacles,
With challenges,
With trial and error,
With losses and wins.
And the key is that you learn to hold yourself in it.
And that you know where you're going and why you're going there.
You're feeling in your body how it would feel to jump out of this box.
Out of your comfort zone.
Into the unknown.
Take a deep breath in.
Deep breath out.
One more time.
And out.
When you're ready,
You can open your eyes again.
