I welcome you, Beautiful soul! I would like to introduce to you this magical spiritual practice, Which is pretty simple but very powerful. I created it in a poetic form, Because I am a poet and my purpose is to support your spiritual transformational journey with love and healing light. This practice can help you to align with the vibration of unconditional love, Open your heart wider and allow it to flow from within you for the benefits of you and others. This will open a door to a magical world, And you will be able to invite magic into your day. There is a practice I want to share with you, Practice that brings magic within an ordinary routine and it's out of blue. Sit straight and breathe, Follow its flow, Gently close your eyes, Making your breath slow, Center your body with your breath, Allow it to relax, Release it from stress, Point your attention inward, Notice how you feel, Observe your sensations while being still, Notice your heart, Breathe through your chest, Imagine it expands, Raising your breast, Breathe through your heart, Feel it expands, Free love from within, Letting it reach your hands, Notice your sensations within, A feeling of heat, Let love fill your whole body, Feeling each heartbeat, Breathe through your heart, Release all the blocks, Release all your fears and doubts, Removing locks, Breathe with an intention to fill yourself with love, Fill every cell with the healing power of love, Breathe till your body vibrates from within, Notice all sensations, Let yourself dive deeper in, Place your hands on the areas that hurt, Tense areas of your body, Areas of energetic dirt, Let the energy to flow through your palms, Let love transmute the energy within till it calms, Feel a healing power of love within, Let it flow, Give yourself time to heal till you feel that you glow, Practice this energy work every time you feel out of balance or if you need to heal, Trust the inner power of love, Love is light, It will guide you to your path, To love, You are meant to shine bright.
