Miss femme divine heart portal meditation coming back into your body feeling her weight here on the chair notice your body breathing the breath of life always with you and only you the breath that connects us to the here and now and to the all the places beyond bring your awareness to the heaviness of your body give your feet and legs permission to surrender allow the muscles in your hips to soften let go of the tension and holding in your middle body and torso invite your shoulders and neck to surrender now for this moment and relax your jaw and face softening your eyebrows and forehead just letting everything go now as time starts to slow down and become blurry bring your awareness to rest in your heart space and bring your inner eyes to the space behind your breastbone I invite you to inhale and on your in breath breathe in the frequency of pure love pause at the top of your breath and on your exhale breathe out love to the whole of your body an energetic field do that again twice more each time imagining your breath of love expands and expands until you are enveloped in a large field of love colors and images may float into your awareness as you tune into the frequency of your true and unbridled self as you focus your awareness into this divine portal of your heart imagine a bright spark opens here this bright spark hovers shines dances with a lightness and openness it sits with no agenda it wants and needs nothing from you and on the contrary it seeks to give to you its existence is to love you this truth is so simple and yet so profound imagine this essence of love loving you adoring you engulfing you in a frequency so pure and true it makes everything melt away immediately you embody the knowing that love heals all and that love truly is all there is and you realize it's within you it's always been within you and you are the one you've been waiting for keep bringing this gentle focus back to the light inside you and if your focus wanders keep inviting it gently back to the light on your next breath invite the light to grow to show you who she is as your lin inner light expands in your mind's eye it begins to take form and you see a beam of light before you she smiles at you her eyes twinkle and shine and she glows and radiates gazing her loving energy directly at you breathe breathe these eyes of love are just for you you realize you have never known a love like this before this is not human love this is a love from beyond from the timeless realm from which you came yet here it is now in your present now moment and it is you it's always been you you bask in the energy like the Sun that warms you on a cool winter's morning seeping into yourselves transforming you stay here a moment linger ask questions and listen for her response you your soul is restored filled with the energy of love a vibrancy fills your heart now all that was empty now overflows an internal radiance of energy surges within you as you open to the deep knowingness that I am love I am loved I am worthy and adored I am whole and complete I am strong powerful capable I am enough I am timeless I am not alone I am divine as you allow these deep truths to penetrate and recalibrate your body and awareness I invite you to breathe together inhale and exhale remembering that her energy is always with you all you have to do is find your breath all you have to do is breathe and consciously call her in your breath connects you to all of who you are in an instant you are connected and you are never alone your breath will bring you back home back to your truth back to your divine resonance breathe now with this intention and bring its truth more deeply into your mind and body so that you remember take three breaths of life now three breaths of love and as you breathe out on your third breath allow your awareness to come back to your energetic field around your body bring your awareness back into your physical body feel her weight and heaviness your feet on the floor feel your bottom feel your shoulders continue to breathe as you slowly start to move and stretch and remember the knowingness in this moment that you are infinitely connected to your timeless self upon every breath she is with you take your time now to open your eyes and come back to this now moment
