This is the Misfem Divine Feminine Awakening meditation.

Come back into your body feeling her weight here on the chair.

Notice your body breathing,

The breath of life always with you and only you.

It is the breath that connects you to the here and now and to all the places beyond.

Bring your awareness to the heaviness of your body.

Give your feet and legs permission to surrender.

Allow the muscles in your hips to soften.

Let go of the tension and holding in your middle body and torso.

Invite your shoulders and neck to surrender now.

Relax your jaw and face.

Soften your eyebrows and forehead.

Let everything go now.

As time slows down and becomes blurry,

Bring your awareness to rest in your heart space.

Bring your inner eyes to the space behind your breastbone.

I invite you to inhale and on your in-breath breathe in the frequency of pure love.

As at the top of your breath and on your exhale,

Breathe love out of your body and into your energetic field.

Do that again twice more.

Each time imagine your breath of love expands and expands until you are enveloped in a large field of love.

Colors and imagery may float into your awareness.

As you tune into the frequency of your true unbridled self.

Something wild is happening.

Our earth is transforming.

We are transforming.

The Divine Feminine is waking up,

Stretching,

Standing and reclaiming the power of self.

The journey of the Divine Feminine awakening calls for unshakable faith in the unknown.

We are traversing the wild seas of change,

Leaving behind all we've ever known and journeying to a place somewhere beyond our imagination.

We are waking up to love,

To our own divinity,

To the sacredness of truth and the ever flowing river of wholeness and worthiness.

The journey of the Divine Feminine awakening calls for the heroine within to return.

She calls us to turn to our inner landscape and to follow a raggedy trail back home to oneness.

The path is dark,

Unswept,

Overloaded with debris.

A lifetime or many of uncleaned inner roads and tunnels.

But the heroine must face her darkness.

She must shine her torch into her darkest places.

Her torch light is lit with love.

The only true healer.

And as we learn to traverse the shame,

The fear,

The depths of unexplored,

Dense energy within,

We begin to reclaim our inner rightful power.

We find the strength to meet the resistance with a love beyond the human realm.

And we begin to remember who we truly are as we gain the strength to go deeper,

To go deeper and to open another door.

As we walk the inner passage of transformation exploring our depth,

We realise the courage of the heroine within.

We begin to embody the knowing that it is this journey back to oneness that is teaching us of our inexplicable power and greatness.

As we journey deeper and deeper still and as our external world begins to crumble and fall apart,

We learn the art of yielding,

Of deep surrender.

It ebbs and flows,

Some currents fast and fluid while others chaotic,

Jagged and wild.

We learn to ride the passage of life.

Navigating the winds of change,

The tornadoes of abandon.

Your heart is ripped open again and again as we learn to love more deeply within and without.

We learn that the more we hide the pain and darkness,

The more we are torn apart.

We learn that the more we pull against ourselves,

Dogged and tired,

The more the wildness storms overhead.

And then a bolt of light forges through the darkness and we remember that all is love,

Every thought,

Every belief,

Every emotion carries wisdom,

Carries growth and is a return to our own wholeness within.

As we begin to yield control and surrender to the chaos,

To the transformation,

We see a light within.

Someone or something new has entered the scene.

Another voice speaks,

Quiet and gentle,

Always loving,

Always clear.

We find it,

Then lose it.

We feel clearer than we've ever been before,

Only to be thrown into the depths of chaos and despair once more.

Ever so slowly we begin to see the strength and power in our vulnerability and we gradually see a path.

We gradually see a purpose.

We gradually release control to something beyond our human selves,

Something we can never fully know,

But something that is more true to us than anything we have ever known before.

This is the Divine Feminine awakening within.

She teaches us the power of the Feminine.

She shows us exactly what we need to see,

What we have given away and what is ours to reclaim.

It is not a journey for the faint of heart.

It is our life force.

She is our life force and she is calling us home.

One by one we are awakening to the Goddess within.

In the realm of the Goddess you are forever loved,

Forever adored,

Forever held and cherished.

You are home in your body,

But you are not of this body.

You are Divine.

You are Divine.

You are Divine.

Always remember that.

Never forget.

Take three breaths of life now,

Three breaths of love.

And as you breathe out on your third breath,

Allow your awareness to come back to your energetic field around your body.

Bring your awareness now into your body.

Bring the knowingness into this moment that you are infinitely connected to this timeless essence of self.

And that on every breath she is with you.

Begin to feel the heaviness of the weight of your feet on the floor.

Feel your bottom and your shoulders.

Continue to breathe as you slowly start to move and stretch.

Take your time now when you are ready to open your eyes and re-enter this now moment.
