Hi everybody.

I wanted to offer a meditation today with the sound bowls around bringing in light.

There's been a lot of conversation around my work on negativity,

Some topics such as entities or dark entities or shadow or all kinds of different thoughts and ideas brewing around and I've come to,

You know,

I've sat with it for quite a while and come to a confident,

Stable conclusion that anything dark in the world,

All it can do is dim your light and in dimming one's light or say lowering someone's frequency because we're all made of energy and we have a frequency.

When that's lowered that can cause a multitude of physical disease or emotional imbalance that lead to disease and so on.

So that's really what can happen.

And that doesn't mean,

You know,

There's like a dark entity stalking or haunting you.

It just means that perhaps in your lineage maybe there's alcoholism and that comes from say,

For example,

From father to son to father to son to father to son and that sort of shadow sort of feeding off the light of these people.

And so what we want to do is bring in more light and rebalance ourselves,

Reset ourselves,

Raise our frequency or some people say raise your vibration.

And that's really one of the things these bowls do.

Also tuning forks can do that.

Specifically the sonic slider that Eileen McKusick makes and biofield tuning.

I've been using that on my body every day to raise my frequency and move away from some physical issues that I suffer from.

Also using plant medicine,

Self-care,

Close friends,

Loved ones,

Keeping people that feed your frequency near you are all other things that you can be doing.

So I just want to walk you through a short meditation to try to expand your light and fill up your auric fields,

Heighten your frequency and hopefully make you feel a little bit better and create a falling away of anything inharmonious or negative that may be within your energy field so you can get yourself comfortable.

If you're one of those folks who are very busy and moving around the world or driving or working in your studio in your office,

You can absolutely just listen.

You don't have to close your eyes.

You don't have to fully follow and you still will get some positive effects from this.

But if you are able to lay down and close your eyes or sit in a very comfortable position,

I highly recommend that as well.

So whenever you're ready,

You can adjust your position and get comfortable.

You could close your eyes or gaze at the floor or gaze at something that brings you joy or calm and just begin to deepen your breath.

And as you deepen your breath,

You become aware of your body.

The muscles,

Skeletal system,

The rhythm that your body creates,

The beat that it makes.

Breathing gently,

Breathing in love,

Breathing out stress.

Grounding down to your root.

Whether that's the bottom of your feet or the bottom of your tailbone or your back,

You're grounding down to that area.

Feeling your connection to the earth itself,

Gravitational forces,

How we are pulled towards her as we move around through the day.

Now changing your focus up to the crown chakra.

Noticing that just above your head,

There's sort of this opening that opens wide and expands to allow this deep,

Bright golden light from the sky into your crown chakra.

As it moves down,

Like kind of like water moving down through your face,

Bones,

Your jaw bones,

Sides of your ears,

Down into your neck muscles,

Those really thick neck muscles.

It creates a warming sensation.

This light brings you immense peace,

A sense of calm.

It really clears your mind of the muck and the busyness and the self doubt.

Coming down into your shoulders,

Middle back.

Clearing out any tension between the shoulder blades,

A space where we tend to carry stress and worry for days on end.

This light moves through really cleansing that area,

Opening up the space so that you can take a deeper breath.

So go ahead and take a nice deep breath.

Moving down now to your belly button area and through the hips.

It holds the hips with strength,

Cleansing any pain or soreness or tiredness,

Just clearing that area out,

Healing any wounds or emotional wounds,

Just really cleansing that area.

Letting it all go.

It moves down into your knees and the knees are an area of the body where we hold ourselves back,

Where we hold the emotion of fear in moving forward.

So as that warm golden bright light moves down into the knee area,

Let those feelings go.

Moving down into the ankles and the feet,

Our tired feet,

Filling up the spaces and creating this nice warmth and flexibility and cleansing out with the old sensation in the feet.

This light has also moved from the shoulder area down into the elbows.

We hold a lot of tension in this area of the body.

It's good to bring that light down into the elbows,

Fill the elbows up with this golden light.

Let them be cleansed.

Let it move down into the hands,

Opening up your palms,

Taking a deep breath in,

Also letting the feet drop to the sides,

Sort of open.

Taking a deep breath in and just sighing it out,

A nice big sigh.

And you really are enjoying the sounds,

These harmonious sounds of the bowls,

It's really moving through your body along with this light,

Creating order out of chaos in any of the molecular structure and cells in your body.

You find that areas that were previously aching are beginning to feel more relaxed.

You really accept these sounds,

Harmonies through the skin into the bone and myofascial.

Letting them in,

Knowing in doing so,

You are loving yourself deeply,

Taking good care of your body and allowing yourself to rest.

Taking a nice deep breath in,

Breathing in the love you have for yourself,

Breathing out any doubt,

Any flicker of worry,

Anything that might be holding you back from who you are.

Taking a full deep breath in,

Coming back to center at your own leisure,

Wiggling fingers and toes,

Coming out of this meditation,

Holding these vibrations in your body,

Knowing that they will stay with you continually,

Keeping your body balanced and harmonic.

I am wishing you a beautiful rest of the week,

Enjoying this spring sun that is arriving.

You can feel the season shifting even if it is just a bit.

Hoping you are well and in good health and that if you are not,

You come back to good health as soon as possible.

Make sure you get lots of rest,

Self-care and after this meditation,

It would be wise to drink a full glass of water,

Just supporting your physical body and detoxing any of those stress that you may have been carrying around,

Even unknowingly.

This evening,

If you could take the time to take a nice Epsom salt bath,

That would also really support you.
