For the next few minutes,
You don't have to do anything.
You don't have to go anywhere.
Solve anything.
Or figure anything out.
Just get comfortable.
And allow yourself to be here.
Bring your attention to your body.
And let go of any stress.
Or tension that you have been getting.
Start with the top of your head.
Let your scalp soften.
Relax your forehead.
Soften the space between your eyebrows.
And let your eyes become a little heavier.
Relax your cheeks… your jaw.
Your lips and let your tongue rest.
Now move your attention to your neck and shoulders.
Take a gentle breath in.
And as you breathe out,
Let your shoulders drop.
Let your upper back relax.
And feel at rest.
Now your arms.
Relax them.
Relax your elbows You're rich.
And your hands.
Let your hands become soft and still.
You don't need to hold on to anything right now.
Now move your attention to your chest.
And notice your natural breathing.
Inhale … and exhale.
You don't need to change the rhythm of your breathing.
Just allow it to be.
And with every breath.
Allow yourself to feel a little more comfortable.
More at rest.
More at peace.
You Bring your attention to your stomach.
And let your belly soften.
You don't need to hold on to anything in.
Just let it rest.
Now slowly bring your attention to your lower back.
Your hips.
And your pelvis.
Let the surface beneath you support you.
Feel the support of your bed.
You can stop holding yourself up.
Just relax your thighs your knees.
Your calves.
Your ankles and your feet.
Let your toes become completely relaxed.
Wonderful.
Now feel your whole body.
From the top of your head to all the way down to your toes.
Nothing to fix.
Nothing to improve.
You have done enough for today.
Anything unfinished can wait until tomorrow.
And whatever happened today Let today hold it.
Just take one slow and comfortable breath in.
And gently breathe out.
Let yourself sink a little deeper.
Let your body become quiet.
Let your thoughts slowly drift into the background.
And just allow sleep to come naturally.
You don't have to chase it.
Just let yourself drift into the deep sleep.
Good night.
Thank you for being here with me today.
May your body rest deeply.
May your mind feel peaceful.
And may you wake feeling refreshed and renewed.
Namaste,
This is Monica.
And thank you for joining me.
I'll see you in the next session.
Good night.
