As we walk through life,

We often collect items that may have a purpose at that moment in time,

But as we continue our journey,

We may outgrow or change the way we see or feel.

As we begin our journey in self-healing,

We have to release what is holding us back or what no longer serves us for our greatest and highest good.

I'm going to guide you on a journey to release what you are holding on to that you no longer need in order to make space to bring in new,

Exciting energy,

Positive emotions,

And have that weight lifted off of you that's been holding you down.

Make sure you are comfortable.

Take a long,

Slow,

Deep breath in and gently let that out,

Letting your eyes float closed.

Scan your body for any tension.

It may be in an area that feels tight,

Or if you are a visual person,

It could be symbolized with black for blockage,

Red for inflammation,

Or just darkness.

Take a long,

Slow,

Deep,

Cleansing breath into this area and on the exhale,

Release it into the ether as it no longer serves you.

Imagine in your mind's eye that you are walking in a vast meadow.

The grass is tall and the tips are starting to turn brown and curl.

Notice all the different shades of green and brown that are all around you.

Your fingers are dancing with the tall grass as you walk along.

In the distance,

There is a tree line.

The leaves are starting to change color.

They are green,

Yellow,

Orange,

And red.

As you near the trees,

You can hear water gently flowing over rocks.

As you walk through the trees,

You notice some of the leaves that have fallen on the earth's floor.

You start picking them up.

They are all different,

Different colors,

Sizes,

Shapes,

And textures as they have fallen from different trees.

Feel the energy of the trees as you are walking among them.

Feel their strength,

Their healing energy,

And their love.

What are they saying to you?

It is time to reflect.

It is time to release what has not served you.

With each leaf you have collected,

Write on them or imagine the leaf being what no longer serves you for your greatest and highest good.

One by one,

Set them in the stream and watch them gently float downstream,

Rolling over rocks and gliding away from you.

With the release,

This opens up room to bring things in.

As you look upstream,

You see there is a still spot in the water.

As you approach it,

You can see that it is crystal clear.

It is like looking into a mirror.

Look into your eyes.

Now look past your eyes and into your soul.

What is it that your soul longs for?

Bring that intention into your heart center.

Know that you are strong enough,

Deserving enough,

And worthy enough.

You are the reflection.

See yourself living it.

Stepping into the stream,

Feel the energy of the water running around your legs,

Cleansing you of any negative emotions that might block you from achieving your soul's desire.

Feel the emotion you will have when you are living or having what you desire.

Raise your arms,

Stretching them high above and reaching for the sky.

Feel the energy flowing down through your crown and filling your body.

Feel the love and light as it flows through you.

This light resides within you always.

It may be dim,

But it is never extinguished.

You have an inner power to live your soul's desire.

Believe it.

See it.

And you will be it.

Start to bring your attention back to this present moment.

Start to notice your breath,

Your inhale and exhale.

Start to wiggle your fingers and your toes.

And when you are ready,

Gently open your eyes.
