I'll now guide you through a gratitude expansion visualisation.
The aim of this visualisation is to connect you with gratitude.
Gratitude for what you already have in your life,
And gratitude for what you do not yet have but you will.
The key here is to stay connected to the feeling of gratitude.
If you feel yourself slipping into feelings of desire,
Longing or wanting,
Reconnect back with the feeling of gratitude by focusing again on what you are easily grateful for.
As you get ready now,
Gently close your eyes.
And as you take a deep breath in,
Notice where in your body you feel that breath.
Breathing out.
And as you take another deep breath in,
Start to also notice how this breath makes you feel.
Breathing out.
And on your next big breath,
Breathing all the way in.
And then sighing out to relax.
In a moment I'm going to count from 3 to 0.
As I count from 3 to 0,
See the numbers in your mind.
And as you repeat the numbers in your mind,
You are going to feel even more and more relaxed.
By the time I reach 0,
You will feel an incredible sense of relaxation and inner peace.
Now gradually become aware of the cycle of breathing.
Feeling totally comfortable and totally relaxed,
Effortlessly focusing on my voice.

Deeper,
Deeper and deeper.
Relax every muscle from the top of your head to the tips of your toes.
The deeper you go,
The better you feel and the better you feel,
The deeper you go.
And as you do,
Say to yourself,
I am feeling even deeper and deeper relaxed.

That's right.
Now bring to mind someone or something,
Or maybe even a quality about yourself that you are grateful for.
As you think of it,
Notice the feelings of being totally grateful.
Maybe there was once a time that you wanted this and now you have it.
Notice how it feels to be so grateful that this exists in your reality now.
As you begin to feel the feelings of being totally grateful,
Notice there is a color associated with this gratitude.
Maybe even a temperature and a texture.
It could be shiny or more subtle or even bright and glowing.
And on your next inhale,
Breathe that gratitude into your cells.
And on the exhale,
Expand it throughout your whole body.
And on the inhale,
Breathe it into every cell in your body.
And breathe it out,
Expanding it throughout your body.
As you breathe in,
Activate all the molecules within you.
As you breathe out,
Expand it beyond your body.
Now as you breathe in,
Feeling that gratitude intensify.
And as you breathe out,
Expanding it further beyond your body.
As you breathe in,
You may be able to feel some tingling now.
And as you breathe out,
Expanding that gratitude to fill up the room.
Continue breathing the gratitude in and expanding it out until there is a big bubble all around you filled with the color,
Feeling,
Sounds and frequency of your gratitude.
Take a moment as you float here in this energy.
This limitless,
Effortless,
Weightless energy.
Feeling totally immersed in the feelings of gratitude and staying connected with this feeling.
Start to become aware of the edges of this bubble around you.
And at the edges of the bubble,
There are some images like projections on a screen that could be from your past,
Present or future.
Let your imagination and intuition guide you.
And as you do,
Pick one of those images and as you focus on it,
Bring it closer.
As you bring it closer,
It becomes clearer.
The colors become brighter,
The sounds become louder.
There's more depth like a real life moment in your time.
In this scene,
You notice some things that you are so grateful for.
Just pick a few details and notice what you are so grateful for in this moment.
Staying connected to the gratitude,
If at any point you feel desire,
Wanting or longing,
Focus instead on something that you know you can easily feel grateful for.
That you know you already have in your life,
That you know already exists on your timeline.
Stepping into this scene now and again,
Continue to focus on different details or elements or things you just know that exist within this moment in time now.
Taking it all in.
And once you've taken it all in,
Take a deep breath,
Breathing this moment into your heart as it dissolves back into this bubble of gratitude around you.
Breathing out.
And taking a moment now to refill this bubble with the feelings that you are already grateful for.
People,
Memories,
Moments,
Things,
Qualities.
As each one enters your bubble of gratitude,
The bubble gets bigger and brighter.
And so too do those things that you are grateful for.
Breathing deeply now,
As you float in this ever-intensifying feeling and energy of gratitude.
Becoming aware now of the next image,
And as you focus on it,
Bring it closer.
And as you bring it closer,
It becomes clearer.
And as it becomes clearer,
The colours become brighter.
And as the colours become brighter,
The sounds become louder.
And as the sounds become louder,
There's more depth.
Step into this scene now.
Look around you.
What do you see?
What do you hear?
What do you feel?
What are you standing on?
Where are you?
What's above you?
And what's in front of you?
There's something you realise about this moment that you realise had to have happened for this moment to be real.
And you feel so much gratitude for yourself that you got yourself here.
That it is you who got you here,
Through everything.
You have arrived in this moment now.
Taking in this scene and the unseen circumstances of this scene.
And once you've taken it all in,
Take a deep breath,
Breathing this moment into your heart as it dissolves back into the bubble of gratitude around you.
Feeling again immersed and at one with this energy and frequency of gratitude.
Remembering all the things you once wanted that you have in your present moment now.
Allowing that feeling and energy of gratitude to fill up your whole body and expand throughout this bubble of energy.
Your gratitude is a powerful force that will transform your life.
I feel this gratitude growing stronger and deeper within me.
I recognise that each day is a gift and I am grateful for every moment,
Every experience,
Every opportunity that comes my way.
I am now choosing to embrace this power and feel a sense of joy and gratitude in this present moment.
I know that as long as I maintain this attitude of gratitude,
My life will continue to be filled with abundance and blessings beyond measure.
