Good morning and welcome to this beautiful new day.
This meditation is for you to come into the wholeness of who you are before you even place your feet on the ground.
So take a deep breath,
Throw yourself into the comfort,
Close your eyes,
And follow the sound of it.
Starting with a beautiful deep breath,
Bringing the breath into your body,
Filling the fullness of your belly,
Drawing this beautiful life-giving energy all the way down.
And when you feel like you can no longer bring in any more breath,
Slowly allow this beautiful breath to be let go,
Releasing it through your mouth,
Letting go of everything that is left over,
No longer in need,
Giving thanks,
Continuing this breath,
Slowly,
Nourishingly,
Allowing the breath to fill your body as you begin to greet the day,
Noticing how you feel this morning,
And allowing your awareness to rest on the parts of you that feels good.
Perhaps it's the coziness of your bed,
Perhaps it is the expansiveness of your breath,
Perhaps it is the light gently awakening you from outside the window.
Whatever it is,
Let your awareness rest there for a moment,
And let yourself feel the beauty of being you right now.
There is nothing and nowhere,
There is no one except yourself in this moment.
To be who you are is the gift that you bring into the world today.
To be who you are is the gift that you bring into.
There is no need to do,
There is no need to rush,
There is no need to force,
Simply allow,
Allow yourself to be present,
Allow yourself to be in flow,
Allow yourself to be,
To just be,
Who is it now that you choose to be now that beats within your heart,
Warms your chest,
Even maybe turns the corners of your lips into a smile,
This part of you that feels and knows just how blessed you are to be starting this day anew,
Allow this awareness,
Allow this consciousness to begin to create the emotions,
The presence and the energy that it brings along with it.
Feel it from your toes to the top of your head,
From the tips of your finger to the base of your spine,
Breathe this energy,
This vibrancy,
This being into life,
Are you ready to take this day,
Create,
Are you ready to take this day and be,
Place your hands on your heart,
Perhaps even with a smile on your face,
Create the intention that you wish to take forward now,
As you come back into this present moment,
As you open your eyes,
As you say good morning.
