Hello,

My friend today we will be Focusing our mind to become the observer So that you can Detach And observe the thoughts in your mind observe the emotions in your body And become the leader of your life through consciousness In every moment we are given the chance to lead to make choices Becoming the observer Allows you to lead through your energy versus reacting to your energy For the purpose of this meditation you can Lie down or sit up It's totally up to you But become comfortable Support your body If you're sitting place a pillow underneath your hips or use a meditation pillow If you're lying down Perhaps use a blanket A pillow beneath your knees Under your neck and head Set yourself up so that you can completely surrender into the moment There is no wrong.

There is no right What works for you?

Is best Once you become comfortable Just give your body a little shake Bring your shoulders onto your back Find that space where you can relax And allow yourself to receive what you are meant to receive today for the best results Use this meditation daily over a period of 21 days or more So that you can build this muscle of awareness eventually You may not need the guidance breath in And sighing it out your mouth allowing your breath to come into the rhythm of your being slowing it down Allowing it to become circular In that there is no beginning and no end Allow your body to relax As you focus on your breath Breathing in perhaps for four seconds Or five Whatever feels right to you Using the fullness of your breath Bringing in the fullness all the way down to the bottom of the rib cage All the way to the top letting your body soften releasing any tension Starting at the top of your head releasing any tension in your forehead temples The back of your head your eyes your cheeks your nose Releasing any tension in your jaw your mouth Letting your tongue fall away from the roof of your mouth front of your neck back of your neck Letting go of any tension in your shoulders your arms Go of the tension all the way down to your fingertips Breathing easy Releasing any tension in your chest or pelvis releasing any tension in your thighs here in your body allowing to move within Sensing the space noticing when the thoughts move in And allowing them to pass you by You are not your thoughts You are not This body You are the observer of your thoughts You are the watcher Within the space of your mind Notice your perspective notice that The sensations of your body the sensations of the world around you the words of each thought are in front of you And around you But they are not within you allow each thought Each sensation to come and go like a wave in the ocean They rise onto the shore And lap around your feet Constantly in motion Never stopping But you do not jump into the wave You do not jump into the water You allow it to move around you You are the observer Notice now What comes in And what goes out?

Purely from a state of curiosity and observation There is no wrong There is no right if you notice that you Jump into the water It's perfectly okay Simply bring yourself back And focus on it's the leash that will harness your mind slowly Bringing yourself back Becoming aware of your fingers and toes gently wiggling your body Taking a beautiful deep breath in And letting it go Expressing gratitude for yourself Because my friend you have just created space you have created space for the light for the joy For the life that you are seeking And every time you come into yourself The space expands Acknowledge yourself for that work many blessings to you this day We'll see you next time

Love this meditation. Reminds me that I'm not my thoughts and it's okay when the monkey mind is present during meditation.
