Good evening my friend.

My name is Molly Summer.

Welcome to this evening meditation to relax your body and help you drift off into a deep nourishing sleep.

Before we get started,

Just take a moment to get comfy.

Shake out the last of the day.

Maybe scoot down in your bed.

Create a little nestled nest where you feel supported and you feel like you are able to release and let go.

When you've found that place,

Take a nice deep breath into the belly,

Filling up the fullness of the belly.

And just sigh that breath out through the mouth.

In a beautiful little release.

Perhaps even taking advantage of this moment to do it a few more times.

Breathing into the belly and sighing it out through the mouth.

With every exhale,

Letting go a little bit more of your day.

Becoming a little bit more present to this moment right now.

As you begin to soften.

As you begin to quiet.

As you begin to let go and float into the rest of this day is over now.

This day is done.

There is nothing more that you have to do or give.

You have done everything perfectly.

You have given everything you have.

You have done a good job.

Take a moment right now to just give yourself the acknowledgment that you deserve.

You did your best.

You did your best.

You have made it through the day to come to this place and it is time to let it go.

Taking a deep breath here.

Don't worry if something is resisted.

Don't worry if maybe tonight you don't want to let go.

Sometimes it happens and it's totally okay.

If that is the case,

Just allow your awareness to rest in the place that your body wants to hold this for you for right now and acknowledge that it's there.

In doing this,

You just create a little bit of space.

A little bit of space and room to let in compassion.

Let in self-love,

In patience or forgiveness.

And again,

Taking a deep breath in and letting it go.

As you drift into sleep,

What is the last thought that you want to have today?

Is it one of appreciation?

Is it one of gratitude?

Is it one of love?

Is it one of anticipation for the possibility of the new day tomorrow?

Whatever it is,

Allow yourself to bring that thought into awareness now and notice how it feels in your body as you hold this beautiful intention.

Feeling the gratitude or the love.

Feeling a little bit of flutter and excitement for the new day tomorrow.

Knowing that as you rest tonight,

As you drift off into sleep,

That everything is okay.

You are safe.

Tomorrow is another day.

A new day of opportunity.

A new day of joy.

A new day that you get to be here on earth and share yourself with the world.

So rest now,

My friend.

Rest in the arms of the divine.

Let the buoyancy of the universe support you here and allow yourself to drift off into the deepest and most nourishing sleep.

Basic & nice. Short. Good that way. Helpful at the right time for the right length. Thx💕💤

Really liked the message of not needing to push-through if you meet some resistance.
