When we experience chronic pain and dizziness, we are in a state of chronic stress. Our brain is constantly in panic mode. I had overdone it this morning doing more housework without pacing myself than I should have, and my ME/CFS symptoms flared up massively, to the point of me not being capable of anything at all apart from lying down.
