Hi, This is Michelle Howe. Today I'm going to guide you through a nice little meditation in order to clear, Activate, And relax your mind, Your body, Your soul wants to be more a part of your life. And this happens when you take the time to allow its presence known, Just like you washing your hands every morning or brushing your teeth or taking a shower, Putting on, Reconnecting with your spirit on a day to day basis is gold. It's golden. It'll carry you through the challenges of the day, The energies of the day. It'll make you more present, More engaging, More gracious about respecting yourself and your life. So I hope you enjoy this. This is the last of Time For You meditation series that I put together. We begin with breathing. We always begin with breathing. The breath is a source of nourishment for us. It supports us. It brings us to life just like water. Breath is important. So as we sit in this room, I hope the door is locked. You are alone. You have some privacy. You can sit down. You can lay down, Whichever one works for you. I want you to tune into your heart. How does it feel? What is it saying? How bright is it shining? Tune in deeper and deeper and deeper. Stay there and relax. Stay there and enjoy. I'm seeing a lavender bath. Swirls of lavender and green in water. That's what it's feeling like to me. That's the imagery I'm getting for you. You flow with whatever this is because the vibrations are present. They are here. We each receive them in our own way. So knowing that and accepting that and not having conditions of how this needs to go allows you to surrender more fully to healing using spiritual energy, To clearing yourself on subconscious levels, To being proactive on your journey, Proactively seeking a deeper connection to your soul. And we allow the energies in your heart to permeate and expand and expand more so you end up really becoming all heart and this energy expands out and out and out and out. And there's a netting around it of gold and I'm seeing greens and purples in there. Just mixed together and you're in the middle of this container that is you. And we keep breathing deep. Breathe in deep and breathe out what needs to leave you and breathe in deep and breathe out what's ready to go. What are you ready to release? Breathe in deep. Let your energy go where it goes. It knows what to do. Your body knows what to do and then release out. One more time. Go deep. As much air as you can bring in and then trust the air to go out. You want to release out your mouth out. And it's coming from all parts of your physical body. Your body knows. Your body listens all the time. Getting in touch with your body. Loving each part of your body. Working with your body. Listening to your body. It takes a little bit of insight and a little bit of practice my friends. Trust me I know. But your body is important. You would not be here without your body. And your body is trying to manage high vibrations through it. And because it's a complex thing of what could be interfering, What you're allowing, What you're not, Your body is really going to tell us a lot. It's really the final measurement of what's going on with you on all the other levels. And yes you could fix your body, Address things physically and it would impact the other levels as well. So please be assured that your voice counts, Your voice matters. Your body is your ally but you connected to higher knowledge are the director. You connected to love are the director. And the more you understand this process of healing and releasing and loving and accepting and being who you really are, The more beautiful your life will become, The more peaceful you will experience everything around you. The more you share that with other people. The more you raise the vibration of the earth. Now I want to tune into all the lightworkers that are out there. Raise your hands. All the lightworkers of the world and I want them to be part of this healing. To be connected to us on some level so we all benefit from that connection. Pure love vibrations. Word amongst us strengthening ourselves and one another. And now I'm tuning into my ears. Tune into your ears. I channel a lot of these meditations. That's the simplest way to do it. Tune into your ears. What are you hearing? Receive. Receive. Receive. Receive. Allow your ears to be cleansed physically, Mentally, Emotionally. All levels of your ears. What you're hearing, What you want to hear, What you don't want to hear. It softens to soften anything that's not of the highest vibration. So when you hear it, There's a buffer. It softens. You're not receiving the harshness. You're not hearing the harshness. It's not able to move through that barrier. Thank you ears for doing your job. And now we tune into our eyes, Our beautiful eyes, As we're looking at the world. And what are we seeing? What do we notice? I want your eyes to relax. And I want spirit to bring in some healing vibrations just for your eyes. Rista shifts as the eyes are recalibrated, Balanced, Cleared of any heavy residue. Anything that's wrong or not optimal, Not part of your original blueprint. I want your eyes adjusted and attuned accordingly to your highest vibration. And then I move to your third eye. This is your knowing, Your intuition, Your awareness. Often times there are filters. We see the world through our eyes or our third eye based on what we believe in the world. So these filters are beliefs, Hardcore ingrained beliefs about anything and everything. It's about family, About physicality, About money, About government, About politics, About worth, About value, Status. All these beliefs are like different filters that shade the way we look at the world, Positively or negatively. And we want those filters, There's a lot of filters is what I'm getting, We want to remove a couple of the harsh, The harshest filters that are interfering in our life. And we trust spirit to remove those filters on every level, Every lifetime, Every dimension of our being. Remove the filters and we will come back to this and remove more and more and more each time you listen. This is the gold when it comes to being on a spiritual journey. Peace of mind, Heart, Warmth, Depth, Those are all words that go with where we're going that are part and parcel of where we are going and who we want to be in the world. Their vibrations. Now I'm looking at our crown chakra and our crown chakra is like a big beautiful crown with different layers as it blossoms, As it grows. It's beautiful, It widens, It's like we're wearing a crown on our head and we see this crown simply grow exponentially and exponentially and it grows higher and higher and it brings us into connection with our wisdom on a collective level, Our role on a collective level. We cherish that. And now the energy coming through the crown is moving down the back of your head, Down the back of your neck, Down slowly, Down your spine. It's moving down towards your heart, Towards your solar plexus, Towards your sacral chakra and your root and the energy then moves to both legs and moves down, Down, Down and through your feet to the center of the earth and as it moves down to the center where it comes in touch with the earth energies, It becomes a marriage of energies and the energy comes up, Up, Up to your feet, Slowly up your legs, Get your knees, Get your thighs going into your back spine and it moves up the spine to your neck, To the back of your neck, To the back of your head, Up to the crown and up through to the central sun and one more time this energy is going to come through and it's going to bathe each and every chakra in the front of us that's there so there's a back side to us and then there's a front side has all the chakras in it so we're going to bring the energy down the front, Down the crown chakra to the third eye and when it hits each chakra you're going to see it really, Really amplify and enliven, Enliven that chakra with vital energy and it moves down to your throat, Deep breaths and the energy moves down to your heart, Beautiful, Your solar plexus, Beautiful sacral chakra and root chakra, Now at the root it's going to really, Really grow very big and then that energy is going to move down to mother earth and we're bathing in this beautiful energy all around us, What is your intention today? What is your intention? To love? To be? To receive? To receive my friends? To receive? There's so much beauty for us to see, For us to hear, For us to know, For us to speak, Speaking. What needs to be said in words that can be received, Can be heard, There's a distinguishing factor in that as well, What can be heard, How can it be said when something passes through your lips, It's a vibration that you own, That you hold, So being mindful to that is very important.
