This is a guided imagery meditation for two partners. Although each will have a singular experience, there will be moments of energetic connection between the two. Your partner may be there physically or in the imagination. It is recommended, but not necessary, to use the essential oils of ylang ylang and sandalwood to support this meditation.

Welcome to my oil essential meditations.

I am Melanie Cannon,

The voice of your journey and guide in this meditation for two.

Although you each will have a singular experience,

At certain points in the guided visual meditation,

You will be connecting with one another.

This meditation is to be done with a life partner,

A lover,

Or someone you feel a deep connection with.

You may still do this meditation as an individual and feel an energetic connection to your partner if he or she is not available.

Just imagine him or her there in front of you.

The essential oils I recommend for this meditation are Leng Leng and Sandalwood.

The best balance is for one person to use one and the other partner to use another.

However,

If you feel drawn to a specific essential oil for you both to use,

Then move forward with your own intuition.

If you do not have an oil to support this meditation at this time,

That is fine.

Please find a quiet and dark spot and face one another sitting on cushions or chairs.

Your legs do not have to touch,

But get as close as possible where you feel comfortable.

Do the following action even if you have no oils at this time.

Take out your essential oil and place a drop on your finger.

Now looking into your partner's eyes,

Touch your own heart with that oil and then reach over and place that oil on their chest over your partner's heart.

This is an acknowledgement of the divine in your partner and his or her soul.

Close your eyes.

Become aware of what your body is feeling.

Sense your bones sitting at the base of your pelvis and your legs touching the cushion or chair beneath you.

Inhale and lengthen your spine.

Exhale and imagine a thick rope is pulling your tailbone down toward the center of the earth.

The rope anchors and attaches itself.

You are centered and grounded in its earth energy.

Now inhale and imagine a string is pulling the top of your head toward the sky.

Feel yourself connecting to spirit.

Maintain the length in your spine.

Continue to breathe easily and naturally as you feel a deep connection to the earth and a connection to the heavens.

Now imagine drawing air from above and fill your body deeply with breath like you are filling an empty vase.

Do this again and bring that energy into your navel chakra or the area just above the stomach.

This chakra is energetically related to our self-value and relationships with others and the world around you.

Now visualize the energy from the earth and also draw it from below through that rope connection and draw it into the same area of your body.

Let it dissolve in peace.

Place your tongue on the roof of your mouth and imagine a golden glowing ball about five feet above your head.

Bring the golden ball down through the top of your crown and imagine moving into your head clearing all negativity.

Roll the ball down through your head and down the spine towards your tailbone.

It is cleansing and healing your body of all hurt and upset frustration anger or pain.

Now bring it back up and let it stop at your heart.

Here it replaces all of those negative emotions with unconditional love.

Visualize this golden glow within your heart expanding.

Each inhale builds the energy of the heart and increases the clarity and brightness of your heart's inner light.

Feel how alive you are.

Notice the pumping of the blood through your heart.

Feel the joy and happiness of being alive.

Now roll the golden ball from your heart area up through your throat and out of the top of your head.

It begins to move to the space just above and between you and your partner.

Imagine it merging with your partner's golden ball so it becomes one large glowing Sun between you both.

This is a sacred space that you have created between the two of you.

Repeat these words in your mind as I say them.

I love and accept myself exactly as I am.

I deserve love and I accept it.

Our relationship is healthy,

Healed,

And whole.

I have an abundance of love in my life.

In this sacred space you begin to imagine.

Visualize that you're walking through a forest at the beginning of autumn.

It's still warm and the air is tinged with the magical light that only happens in the fall.

Sunlight falls at a certain low angle through the trees.

Yellows and oranges are highlighted against the deep scarlet of some of the leaves.

You are exactly where you should be.

There's a small river that meanders through the forest.

The trees hug its banks and their long branches hang out over the water.

You walk along the edge of the riverbank curving in and out among the trees touching the rough bark with your hands.

You hear a soft noise and look across the river from where it came.

You see your partner doing the same on the other side.

Smile at one another and then keep moving forward on your side of the river.

Up ahead you see a log bridge with a beautiful tree spreading its branches over it.

Walk toward it.

You come to the bridge and see your love reach the other side.

Step onto the bridge and walk towards your partner.

You both reach the middle of the bridge.

Study the face of your partner in the autumn light.

Without a word sit down facing one another.

The tree above you is still full of leaves and the gentle wind makes them rustle.

Every once in a while a leaf will fall slowly spiraling its way down to fall into the water or onto the bridge.

It is a slow dance.

You admire how easily the leaves accept their life path.

Instead of trying to control and hang on to the branches they adapt and transform their color responding to the changes that come with time and then easily let go.

The tree also lets go of the leaves to let them continue their journey.

They are bonded but allow the other to be.

You are inspired by their wisdom.

If trees never allow their leaves to fall they would be crowded with years and years of heavy leaves trapped into the weight of their own vegetation.

The sheer number of leaves alone would not allow in any light.

Just like the trees we can become heavy from the weight of everything we don't want to let go of.

You decide to allow more and control less for yourself and for your partner.

Just like the trees nourish themselves by letting go of their leaves you nourish yourself by letting go of any negative thoughts especially about this person whom you have chosen to be in your life.

Let go of thoughts about your partner that you do not need.

Let go of the ideas that the other person has to do certain things in a certain way.

Has to feel a certain way at a certain time.

Let go of expecting that they can be there for you in the way you want all of the time.

You will need to let go and let go and let go again on a daily basis.

Imagine negative thoughts dancing out of your head just like the yellow red and orange leaves.

They do not serve a purpose or nourish the relationship.

You begin to feel free and the space inside of your chest expands with fresh breath.

Now that you have let go there is more space to love.

From your heart imagine a green healing light coming from your chest and going into your partner's heart.

Feel the warmth between the both of you.

Imagine the light like a figure eight moving from your heart passing through theirs and back to you.

Its energy flows easily just like the river beneath the bridge.

What you are doing today is making a conscious commitment in the light to support each other on your healing spiritual paths.

You are individual,

Unique,

Magnificent,

Powerful beings who are choosing to become allies and to become partners in the journey to each of you being and becoming all you are meant to be.

You are together because you resonate on the same wavelengths.

You fit together vibrationally in such a way that together you form a powerful energy field that helps both of you access the higher vibrational energy of love,

Joy,

Light,

And truth in a way that would be very difficult for either of you to do by yourself.

You are coming together to touch the face of God.

You are uniting your energies to help you access the love of all source energy.

You are not the source of each other's love.

You are helping each other to access the love that is the source.

The love that you see when you see your soul in the other's eyes is a reflection of the unconditional love that God feels for you.

It is very important to remember that the other person is helping you to access God's love within you,

Not giving you something that you have never had before.

Honor the power of the connection that you feel and the sacred commitment that exists between you.

Feel the wonderful sense of belonging that comes from being a part of all that is around you and by allowing the love to flow from your own heart through your body and then extending out to the other person.

Know that what you give out returns to you multiplied and that you will never run out.

Spend a few minutes feeling the energy that flows between you and around you.

It is time to leave the shade of the tree and the bridge.

Embrace your partner before you separate to walk back off your side of the bridge and back into the forest.

When you are ready,

Bring your attention back to the room.

Start to breathe a little more deeply,

Becoming more and more awake and feeling relaxed yet alert.

Come back into your body more fully.

Move your toes and your fingers.

If your partner is with you,

Open your eyes and take a few moments looking at each other's faces.

If you are imagining their presence,

Hold a picture of their face in your mind's eye and when you are ready,

Open your eyes.

Breathe deeply and know that you are loved.

Who can ask the king for a cup of water at 3am? The child of king. We have that same access to God! This meditation was a reminder of that and how we always have had it. I do recommend doing this with your significant other.

There is an advertisement for essential oils, but it is no different than all the commericials on tv, radio, & pop ups when viewing the internet, so it doesn't take away from this meditation & there is no obligation to buy anything just like there is no obligation for you to purchase something just because you walked into the store. I took so much away from this journey. My anxiety has been becoming the best of me & sending me into chills & panics. So I have begun again immersion of myself in meditations, exercise, yoga, & taking frequent breaks. I can't describe in words how much it feels to surrender & let go & allow other people projections & opinions remain as that: Just adopt Don't give a fuck because it is none of my business to compare myself to anyone other than myself of yesterday. It's none of my business what opinions people have of me & my decisions. This meditation has released so much tension & anxiety & expectations of what another can & should provide for me. Whoa, just by deeply being mindful & remaining in the moment, this is such a deeply touching journey to go on with yourself, or with a partner present or absent. May you continue to keep bringing forth joy & creativity through way of your meditations with or without the advertisements. Nothing can take away from this mesmerizing journey, except the 🐡 brain that will find an excuse not to go deeper within self. Let go let go let go daily. Allow the negative thoughts to dissipate like the leaves fall from the tree. Such a beautiful journey to unconditional love. Thank you for taking me on this journey. It was enriching, calming, relaxing, heart felt. Great even pace, I love the background music, which I coupled with birds & ocean waves though the setting was the forest.
