Welcome to this meditation for charging your crystals with intention and energy.
Sit in a cross-legged seat.
Place your crystals on a sheet with your intentions right in front of you.
Let your hands rest on your knees,
Palms facing the sky.
Now close your eyes,
Inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth.
Now inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth.
Feel your body relax.
Feel your body touch the ground,
Your hips,
Legs and feet.
Now imagine roots of white pure energy sprouting from your hips and feet and legs all the way down,
Connecting with the energy of the Earth's core,
The heat and fire.
Feel the energy entering your body,
Empowering you.
All the way down to the Earth's core,
More and more roots sprouting,
Connecting you with the energy of the most natural.
Now shift your awareness to your open palms.
Imagine white balls of light resting in and around your hands.
This is the energy of the immediate air around you.
Feel and explore the connection with it.
The connection with all the energies around you.
The wind,
The soil,
The trees and plants,
The animals,
The water running in rivers and seas,
The ocean,
The sky above you.
Feel all the cells in your body open to receive these energies.
White energy entering your body through every single cell.
All flowing together in the light in your hands,
The big white ball.
Feel the energy pulsating in your palms.
Now direct this pure white energy in your hands to your crystal.
Feel your crystal connecting with your energy and intention and charging those.
Stay here and feel your crystal.
Feel your interaction and exchange and your powers.
