Root Chakra Affirmations Without Music

This meditation explores affirmations for the Root Chakra and is without music (for our sound-sensitive friends). I have also recorded meditations for each of the other chakras and then a longer one with all seven chakras if you'd like to check those meditations. Welcome my friends. As a reminder, You have the power to let go of everything. Breathe into it and exhale it out. Release it, Let go, Surrender to the universe. The more you know your power, The stronger you are. Don't let ego, Fear, Or doubt step in and tell you that you can't. And those are some words of wisdom from my spiritual mentor. Now let's begin with our affirmations. I'm going to say the affirmation and you can repeat it after me, Either out loud or inside of your head, Whichever you prefer. Both are equally powerful. Repeat after me. I am protected. I am connected to the earth. I have everything I need. I am abundant. I am grounded. I am deeply rooted. I belong exactly where I am. I am connected to my body. I feel safe in my body. I trust the process of life. I am grounded in my strength. I am healthy, Well, And strong. I am stable. I am safe. I am centered and grounded. I am comfortable.
