This calming kids sleep meditation helps children relax their body, slow their breathing, and gently drift into sleep. Children are guided through a peaceful bedtime visualization where their bed becomes a soft floating cloud drifting through the quiet night sky. As the body relaxes and the mind grows calm, little listeners float closer and closer to dreamland. After the guided meditation ends, the practice transitions into extended soothing music (60 minutes total) to support deeper sleep and relaxation.
