Thank you for joining us on another meditation brought to you by Mind Karma.

I am Willow,

Your host for this episode and guide to bilateral meditation.

Please ensure you're wearing headphones and make yourself comfortable for the next 20 to 30 minutes.

In this episode we will focus on creating a safe space within your mind.

By the end,

You will feel calmer,

More relaxed,

And more at ease with yourself and the world.

Let's get started.

The Crystal Temple of Light is a safe space exercise,

Designed to help individuals connect with their inner selves,

And find a sense of peace and tranquility.

It can be done alone or in a group setting.

To begin,

Find a comfortable and quiet space where you won't be disturbed.

You may want to dim the lights,

Or light some candles to create a peaceful atmosphere.

Next,

Close your eyes,

And take a few deep breaths,

To relax your mind and body.

Imagine yourself standing in a beautiful crystal temple,

Surrounded by sparkling walls of light.

As you walk through the temple,

You may notice,

That the air is filled with a sense of calm and serenity.

You feel completely safe and at peace in this sacred space.

As you continue to explore the temple,

You may come across a crystal altar.

This is a place for you to offer your thoughts,

Feelings,

And intentions.

Take a moment to sit in front of the altar,

And reflect on what you would like to release,

Or let go of in your life.

It may be a negative thought,

Emotion,

Or pattern of behavior,

That no longer serves you.

Once you have identified what you wish to release,

Visualize yourself placing it on the altar.

Imagine a bright white light,

Shining down from above,

Enveloping the altar and transforming the negative energy,

Into love and light.

As you continue to sit at the altar,

Allow yourself to sink deeper into a state of relaxation,

And inner peace.

You may want to visualize yourself surrounded by a protective cocoon of light,

Shielding you from any negativity or stress.

When you feel ready,

Slowly open your eyes,

And take a moment to ground yourself in the present moment.

Take a few deep breaths,

And thank the crystal temple and the universe,

For the healing and guidance you have received.

You can return to the crystal temple of light,

Anytime you need to find a sense of peace,

And inner strength.

It is a safe and sacred space,

Where you can let go of negativity,

And connect with your highest self.
