Sacred Sound Meditation With Alchemy Crystal Bowls with Zemirah Jazwierska. This sacred sound meditation uses alchemy crystal bowls along with affirmations and vibrations of various sounds to help release tension and stress and promote healing on the cellular level.

Hello everyone,

I'm Reverend Zameera and thank you for joining me today for this Alchemy Crystal Bowl Sound Meditation.

Our time together today will be divided into two parts.

The first part is to set our intentions to create this sacred space.

As you know,

Sound is very dependent upon the consciousness and the intention that we bring to it in its healing properties.

And so after we set this sacred container,

We will then immerse into a sound bath where you can simply relax,

Surrender,

Let go,

And allow the sound waves to wash over you,

Washing away and cleansing and balancing your heart,

Your body,

And your mind.

So we'll begin with intention.

Musician Stephen Halpern always said that sound waves carry the consciousness within them.

So it's very important that we pay attention to the energy with which we approach the sound and working with sound.

We can infuse it with our intentions.

And so this morning I am going to spend some time introducing each one of these crystal bowls and the resonance and the meaning within their resonance so that when you are listening to them,

You are combining your intention with the sound waves that you're experiencing.

And then after that,

We will allow ourselves to relax into the sound bath experience.

Sound healer Jonathan Goldman developed a formula related to sound healing.

He said frequency plus intention equals healing.

That means that the energy that occurs at the moment a sound is created,

Your intent is equally as important as the actual sound itself,

The frequency.

So these are the alchemy crystal bowls.

And what is so interesting about these alchemy crystal bowls is that they are created with 99.

992% pure quartz crystal,

Which has also been infused with various gems and minerals to change their frequencies.

They resonate at different notes and as I introduce them,

I will let you know what note they are resonating at and then we will practice an affirmation that goes with each bowl.

A zestalite carries the I am frequency within it and it's for releasing past patterns.

Fear or worry can simply be let go as you allow this sound to carry those feelings away.

You can heal from negative experiences and fill your life with ease and light and happiness.

This bowl resonates as an A note for the intuitive all seeing I,

The affirmation that you can say silently or out loud to yourself,

My life is filled with light and ease.

I feel secure and deeply at peace.

The next bowl that I would like to introduce you to is the apophilite lavender aura platinum gold bowl.

It stands for loving kindness and it has the resonance that opens the heart fully to giving and receiving love.

Strong roots help us to connect to a universal manner in a universal manner with all of life.

This resonance supports us in being more compassionate and understanding with others.

It resonates with the D note which is healing for the emotional body.

The affirmation for this bowl is I am deeply rooted in compassion and love for myself and all others.

You This is the zestalite platinum with lemon aura gold base and white light aura gold rim.

This bowl supports us in accessing our memory of all that is the great absolute.

It supports us in remembering our I am energy the I am this at the core of our being as above so below it heightens our awareness of that divine spark within each one of us.

It resonates as an a note which also awakens the intuitive all-seeing I.

The affirmation for this bowl that you can say silently or to yourself throughout the sound is I have deep trust in the goodness of all that is.

I am pure divine love.

It is for sacred purification and healing for awakening our own healing energies within.

It resonates as an F sharp note and it awakens the divine high heart the unconditional heart unity it supports the thymus gland and the immune system.

This is Aqua aura gold with Dead Sea Salt and this one is for balancing the mind and lifting the spirit.

The next bowl that I will introduce before the sound bath is Morganite with platinum.

This is a bowl of divine love unconditional love.

It resonates in a way that allows you to know love as the deepest part of your being.

Unconditional love resonates as me through me right now.

This is resonates as an E note as at the solar plexus.

You are bringing unconditional love into that solar plexus power center of your body.

The affirmation is I am love I am loved I divine love as me within me nurtures and protects me.

In this moment we are going to move into the sound bath.

I would invite you to allow yourself to find a comfortable position.

Allowing the sound to wash over you this is a time for listening deeply.

For moving your attention within and allowing yourself to resonate and to welcome and to receive the vibrations of sound.

The beautiful thing about sound is that it goes where it is needed most and all we do when we are receiving it is to be a container a receiver of the sound vibrations and they have the ability to change and to restructure us at a cellular level.

You might notice that certain sounds resonate more than others and the interesting thing is too is that all sound healing is personal and it changes from day to day and from whatever moment to moment whatever space that we are in and what we are calling forth in our life in any given moment so I would invite you now to find that comfortable position to relax and to allow the sound vibrations to heal and to move and shift and to change wherever they are needed most.

So you can begin to draw your attention back to your present surroundings.

Some gentle movement beginning to open your eyes if they were closed.
