This is an abundant meditation.
It's an opportunity for us to take a moment to increase our sense of gratitude and awareness of the good that flows through our life as our life in any moment.
It's a moment of disconnect or a moment of wanting to create more,
A moment of wanting to just feel the good of life.
This meditation is for that purpose.
And so we begin with the breath as all good spiritual practice does,
An opportunity to just consciously breathe,
To breathe in,
To breathe out.
And we recognize with this activity of breathing,
We are already affirming good because with every inhalation and exhalation,
We are saying yes to life.
We are saying yes to the cycle of abundance that is always flowing through our beingness.
We are in the act of receiving with the in-breath and in the act of giving back with the out-breath.
And so with every breath,
We are already in the midst of an opportunity to recognize the good of life,
The way that life itself supports and sustains us at all times,
And the way that by our very breathing,
We make a difference.
We matter.
We are part of the continuous cycle of good in this universe by our very aliveness.
And so we breathe in and we breathe out.
And as we breathe consciously,
We take a moment to begin to recount the blessings in our life.
Each one of us has a bounty of good that is right in front of us.
No matter what's going on,
No matter what challenges we're facing,
If we just take a moment,
We can always feel the greatness,
The goodness of remembering and counting our blessings.
And so we do that now.
We take a moment to scan our life with our awareness and just recount the beings who are here who love and support us.
The good that is right here in our life right now in conditions and favorable activities and opportunities that are right before us.
We take a moment to give thanks for the abundance that is blessing our life in the form of financial abundance,
Food and clothing and things that we have in our possession right now,
Whatever they may be,
However much they may be.
We give thanks.
We take a moment to recall and remember the good that flows through our life in terms of our heart and the things that we love and the beauty that we see on this beautiful earth.
And with every memory of good and every memory of abundance and every memory of a blessing,
We see the chalice,
The cup of our beingness being filled up and fulfillment beginning to have its way with us.
And this fulfillment allows us to feel the great good that is ours right now and step forward into this next moment,
This next day,
The next activity,
Whether it's a challenging one or whether it's one that is exciting to us,
That is nerve wracking,
Whether it's a risk we're taking.
We walk forward in fulfillment,
Seeing and recognizing how very blessed we are right here right now.
The bounty of good is ours and we go forth now fulfilled,
Connected and sourced by the abundant nature that is the very truth of us.
I'm so grateful and we feel that gratitude just pouring through us,
Taking another cleansing breath,
Remembering the good of breathing and connecting.
We simply let this be and walk forward into the next moment.
