What a divine gift it is to be pregnant,
To be in this sacred space with my little one.
I know that this divine creation growing within me is a miracle,
Is a gift,
That we are in this state of oneness.
As I breathe,
My baby breathes.
As my heart beats,
My baby's heart beats.
As I feel love,
I know my baby feels love.
I know that this moment and each moment moving forward that we are healthy,
That we are safe.
This baby growing within me is protected,
Is loved beyond comprehension.
There is an unconditional love that we feel for each other,
But I know that is coming from a divine energy in our universe.
This source,
This power,
Is a miracle,
Is absolutely greater than my comprehension.
And I know that there is this unity with us,
With each other,
And as I continue forward in the days of this pregnancy,
I know that as the challenges arise,
The sharing of space in this body,
That there is ease moving forward.
There is grace.
I breathe into this knowingness.
I breathe into this oneness.
And as the days ahead come,
And it begins to become a bit uncomfortable,
I know that this discomfort is worth the life that is coming into my life,
To our lives.
The challenges are worth the love that we share and the beauty that we give to our child and to all the grace that is to arise.
As I move into the laboring process,
I know that I labor with love.
I labor with ease,
And allowing all things to move smoothly.
And through this process,
I am flexible,
I am open,
Knowing that things change,
And that I remain calm and present for whatever arises.
There is so much gratitude in my being for this baby,
For the love and the support that I have in this process,
For I know that I have family,
That I have loved ones,
That I have community,
That I have this entire world of women,
Of many generations who have gone through this process just as I am,
And I am grateful.
I give thanks for this process of not knowing how or why many things happen,
But just knowing that the gift is presence,
The gift is here and now,
And I am grateful for this gift and I am grateful for this love,
And I am grateful for an easeful pregnancy moving forward.
And I simply say thank you,
Thank you for this prayer,
Thank you for this little one growing within me,
And thank you for all there is.
And so it is.
