This meditation is accessing intuitive healing through the heart.
It is inspired by a process developed and researched by the HeartMath Institute.
When we touch our hearts intuitive wisdom,
We are really dipping into spirit,

The essence of all there is.
You will want paper and pen for this meditation.
There's no rush,
Pause the audio if you need a moment.
Think of a specific situation related to your health with a decision that may be difficult for you.
This could be a choice about whether to go ahead with a procedure,
Whether you need more information and where you could seek that,
Who should be on your healing team and anything else where you want to gain your heart's intuitive guidance to inform your next step.
Write down a few words describing the situation and especially your feelings about it.
Now that you have described your situation and spent some time on your feelings about it,
It's time for us to meditate.
And so close your eyes and focus on relaxing,
Letting your shoulders drop,
Let your feet be flat on the floor,
Relax your jaw and allow your tongue to rest on the floor of your mouth.
This signals the body to relax.
Focus on one long breath in and out.
Now put your hand on your heart space and imagine breathing in and out through your heart.
Breathe in through the heart,
Breathe out through your heart.
Another time imagine breathing in through your heart and out through your heart.
Now bring to mind a person,
Event,
Place that absolutely brings you joy when you think about it.
Could also be something that you're hugely grateful for that brings your joy,
Appreciation for someone or something,
Perhaps an event from the past or something you just love doing.
Bask in that joy for a bit of time.
And when you are ready,
Ask your heart,
What do I need to know or what action will help me move my healing forward?
Then be still and available to your heart.
What will move my healing forward?
Now take some time to write and start by reading first what you wrote down about the situation and your feelings and then write about what your heart intuitively suggests.
You can take as long as you need.
The music will continue.
Then if you feel it might be helpful,
Continue writing in the stream of consciousness way,
Just pouring out your thoughts until you feel that you are complete.
