Find a comfortable position,

And gently close your eyes.
Take a deep breath in through your nose,
Feeling your lungs fully expand,
And then exhale slowly through your mouth,
Releasing any tension you're holding.
Deep inhale,
Lungs expanding fully,
Full exhale,
Releasing any tension.
Notice your breath and allow your breath to guide you into stillness,
Letting it flow naturally and deeply.
And as you settle in with your breath,
Can you imagine in your mind's eye,
Imagine yourself as a tree in autumn.
Visualize this tree with an abundance of colorful leaves ready to be released to make way for the next season.
The old leaves,
The stories and roles that no longer serve you,
Gently begin to fall away.
Feel the weight lifting as these leaves drift down to the earth,
Forming rich soil to nourish new growth.
You don't need to rush the process.
Release happens in its own time,
Layer by layer,
As you create space for transformation.
Imagine each leaf falling to the ground,
Creating space for transformation.
Reflect on what no longer feels authentic in your life,
A pattern,
A belief.
Whisper to yourself,

And then visualize an open,
Beautiful field.
And this field represents the space you are creating in your life,
A space that is yours to shape free from old constraints.

It's about honoring your right to exist fully and unapologetically.
