Welcome to your future self-visualization.

With this exercise,

Know that you are reprogramming your subconscious mind and your mindset to help you bring your one-year vision to life.

Take a moment to get comfortable,

Whether you're sitting down or lying down,

And begin to take some deep breaths in through your nose and exhale through your mouth.

Inhaling one,

Two,

Three,

Four,

And exhale.

Let it go.

One,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Take another two deep breaths in and out on your own time,

Allowing your body to relax,

Gently closing your eyes if they are not closed already.

And with every inhale,

As we continue throughout the visualization,

Inhaling in the possibility,

The good energy,

The trust in yourself,

As well as exhaling anything that feels stressful,

Worrisome,

Or unclear.

Let it go as you exhale,

Bringing your attention to the space between your eyebrows,

Your mind's eye.

With your eyes closed,

Go ahead and start picturing the room around you.

Your eyes are closed,

But in your mind's eye,

Start to picture any furniture in the room you're in,

The color of the walls.

Take note of anything hanging on the walls,

Anything around you.

Taking an inhale in one,

Two,

Three,

Four,

And exhale.

Let it go.

Relax.

One,

Two,

Three,

Four.

As you're sitting there taking the room in,

You hear a knock on the door,

And you go to answer it.

As you open the door,

You see your future self,

One year into the future.

Your highest potential,

Who has created the vision you see for yourself,

Who has brought it to life.

Take note of your future self and notice what they are wearing,

What does their hair look like,

What energy are they exuding,

And how do they greet you when you open the door.

Go ahead and invite them into your space and find a comfortable place where you two can sit and chat for a few moments.

As you make your way and sit down,

Go ahead and ask them,

What have we created this past year?

What has happened in our life?

And as you listen to what they have to share,

Take note of how they are sharing it.

Are they excited?

Are they calm?

Are they reassuring?

And now go ahead and tell them something that you are worried about or unsure of or feeling stressed about currently.

Go ahead and ask them,

How did we overcome this?

What do I need to know?

And listen to what they have to share.

And again,

As they're sharing it,

Notice what energy they are sharing it with.

How do you feel in their presence?

And now go ahead and ask them,

What is an important step for me to take in this moment to set us off on the right direction of creating our one-year vision?

Where should I begin?

And now you notice there is a second knock on the door.

Leave your future self for one moment and go answer the door again.

As you open the door,

You now see your past self.

Take note of what age they are,

What they look like.

Whatever you see first is perfect.

Invite your past self into the same space and sit down together with your future self who has created and brought your vision to life as well as your past self.

You notice that your past self is smiling at you.

What do they have to share?

Do they want to thank you for moving through whatever it is you were going through to get to where you're at currently?

Do they want to remind you of something?

Again,

Whatever comes through first is perfect.

And as you sit there,

Really soak in your past self and your future self.

Take note,

Who are they?

What are they embodying?

How far have you come?

And what do you have to look forward to?

As you wrap up your time together,

Go ahead and now ask your future self,

Yourself who is your highest potential that has brought your vision to life,

Ask them a word or phrase that is important for you to remember.

As you bring your vision to life,

As you begin,

For whenever you need reassurance or support,

What is that one word or phrase?

And as you wrap up your time together,

Make your way back to the door that your past self and future self entered into.

Say goodbye to them in whatever way feels good,

Knowing that you can always come back to this moment.

You can always revisit and connect with these versions of yourself.

Go ahead and say goodbye to them,

Open the door,

See them on their way,

And make your way back to the space where you were sitting or lying down when you first heard that knock.

Bringing your awareness back to your breath,

Inhaling 1,

2,

3,

4.

Exhaling 1,

2,

3,

4.

Bringing your attention to your fingers and toes,

Give them a wiggle,

Bring some awareness back into the body.

And whenever you're ready,

You can go ahead and open your eyes.
