Welcome to your dream partner visualization.

This visualization exercise primes your mind to filter in your ideal partner with more ease and more joy.

Do this visualization exercise as often as you'd like either when waking up in the morning or before you go to sleep at night in order to bring your partner into your life quicker and with more positive energy.

Start by getting cozy,

Closing your eyes and taking three deep breaths.

You can be sitting up or lying down,

Whatever is most comfortable for you.

Breathe in for four counts.

Inhale one,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Hold at the top and exhale four,

Three,

Two,

One.

Two more breaths at your own pace.

Inhale and exhale.

And one final breath,

Getting really,

Really relaxed,

Letting that tension go.

Inhale and exhale.

And let's do a quick body scan and ensure that you're feeling relaxed and ready to visualize your dream partner.

So start at your feet and just relax them.

Let that tension go.

Release it.

Make your way up to your legs,

Your calves,

Your thighs,

Your hips,

Everything just getting so incredibly relaxed.

Keep moving up to your stomach,

Chest,

Shoulders.

Make sure you unclench your jaw and allow your neck to relax as well as your head.

Let that tension go and take in another deep breath as we go into our visualization.

With your eyes closed,

I want you to start visualizing the room around you.

Your eyes are closed,

But in your mind's eye,

Start to notice any furniture,

Pieces of art,

Objects in the room around you.

Really take in the room in your mind's eye and start to visualize the color of the walls,

Any doors,

Any books,

Lamps,

Anything that is in the room you're in.

And you can even see yourself in a bird's eye view if you're sitting on a couch or lying down and just really take in yourself with so much love,

So much appreciation for taking the time to visualize.

Take a deep breath in four,

Three,

Two,

One and exhale four,

Three,

Two,

One.

Heading back to your visualization,

I want you to picture your favorite flower or your favorite plant or tree or really anything in nature that you absolutely love.

Whenever you see it or experience it or look at it,

You just feel like it's the most beautiful thing in the world and you love it.

You love seeing it in nature.

If it's a flower,

You love having it in your home or having photos of it or paintings even.

And I want you to picture that plant,

That flower in the most expansive version of it.

Visualize that in your mind's eye and really get creative with it.

The most beautiful way that you could ever imagine this flower,

This plant,

This piece of nature.

And I want you to witness yourself holding that flower,

Holding that plant in the relationship of your dreams.

You're in the same room you're in now,

Yet you're holding that flower.

You're holding that plant,

That piece of nature and you're in the relationship of your dreams.

It happened.

It's here.

You're living it and it's incredible.

I want you to take note of how you're standing.

What are you wearing?

How do you feel?

And really what energy is exuding from yourself now?

As you start to take all of this in,

You hear a knock at the door and in walks your partner.

How do you greet them?

What is their energy like?

What do they look like?

Really start to take in this person in front of you.

Are you excited to see them?

Do you feel at peace?

Do you feel comforted to see them?

What feelings are coming up from you as you see your partner?

Again,

Taking in what they look like.

What's their energy like?

How do you feel?

Your partner has surprised you by taking the day off and says that you can do anything you want to do.

What do you want to do?

What do you tell them you want to do?

What's their response to it?

Are they excited?

Are they energized?

Are they happy?

Really take this time to imagine your ideal day,

The ideal experiences or travel or food you're going to enjoy with your partner and start to tell them all about it.

What is it that you want to do on this special day?

And as you get ready for this day,

What do you bring with you?

What are you wearing?

Did you change from what you're wearing before?

Are you packing up anything?

Are you ready to go right away?

And I want you to start to visualize you and your partner having the most amazing day and moving through the experience.

What are you doing?

Did you leave your home?

Are you still in your home?

Where did you go if you left?

Are you with anyone else or just your partner?

How are you feeling?

How are they feeling?

What's the energy like between you?

And I want you to really visualize going through this day.

How are you moving throughout the day?

Do you feel rushed?

Do you feel calm?

Do you feel free?

Do you feel excited?

How are you feeling as you move throughout the day?

And how does it feel to be having this incredible day with your partner?

How does it feel?

And take a few more moments to really take yourself through this day all the way up until the evening hours.

You arrive back at your home or you already are at home if you decide to stay in and in your visualization there is a notebook right next to you.

You turn to your left and you see your notebook in pen.

I want you to open up that notebook in your visualization and write down the three words that you would describe for the day.

How did you feel?

What were you embodying?

What were you experiencing?

If you could sum it up in three words how would you describe this ideal day with your partner?

Write those three words down in this visualization notebook and really take time to express gratitude around this experience and around this amazing partner that you couldn't even imagine a better relationship.

They're just so amazing and you're so appreciative and just so happy and joyful in this moment.

Take three deep breaths to seal in this experience,

Seal in this visualization,

And slowly start to wiggle your fingers and toes.

Bring yourself back into the room you're in.

And as you open your eyes I want you to take note of those three words that you wrote down.

Perhaps write them in your physical journal now as you open your eyes and reflect and journal on this ideal amazing day.

How you were feeling,

What this experience was like with your partner,

And most importantly know that this relationship is already on its way to you.

It's closer than you think and each time you do this visualization it brings it closer to your reality.

Thank you. I loved the music and what you asked us to visualise. Some feedback though is that there wasn't any time to actually visualise what you were asking us to visualise. More spaces of silence so we can do that would really help. It felt quite rushed.
