Welcome.

This is Cloud,

A guided meditation for Area 6 of Love Thyself First and Always.

Find a seat,

A comfortable seat.

Sit up tall and close your eyes.

Start to deepen your breath.

Take a few cleansing breaths to bring your awareness into the present moment.

Take a moment to imagine the sky above you with puffy clouds floating by.

Each cloud represents a thought.

Notice the clouds and their corresponding thoughts.

What kind of thoughts are you having?

Consider fear,

Love,

Self-doubt,

Self-criticism,

Planning,

Worry or excitement.

What is the tone of your thoughts?

Possibly negative,

Positive,

Calm,

Accepting or passionate.

What is the focus of your thoughts?

Are they aimed at you or someone else?

Are you thinking about the past,

The present or the future?

What else do you notice about your thoughts?

Allow the puffy clouds to continue floating by.

Bring your awareness back to the present moment and deepen the breath.

Smooth inhalation,

Slow exhalations.
