There are many ways to meditate, using a mantra, color, light, image or your breath as a focal point, a way to begin to narrow the lens. Today we are doing something a bit different. We are using our hands as our anchor to help to calm the mind and reduce distraction. Consistently returning to a focal points can help train concentration and fosters mindfulness.
