Lying down or sitting up straight.
See if you can slow down your breath,
Lengthening each inhalation and exhalation,
Dropping right into your body,
So that you are nice and relaxed.
This journey starts with your awareness at the heart center,
A beautiful energy center with multiple dimensions available for you to explore.
So land your awareness on top of your heart chakra,
Slowly easing your awareness into the depth of your heart,
Going into the light that you hold there.
Enjoy this light,
Enjoy the peace that you can experience here,
Within your heart energy center,
Within this beautiful sanctuary of light.
You notice a doorway that you have never seen before,
A doorway that you have not yet explored.
Today for this journey,
The doorway is beckoning you to go and meet part of your inner essence,
And connect more deeply to your soul.
You walk towards the mysterious doorway,
And walking through the door,
You immediately enter a woodland,
A sun-dappled but dense forest,
With new sounds and wonders.
Take a nice slow breath,
And absorb the new energy here,
A very high dimensional energy.
The woodland is new and adventurous,
But there is a part of your soul that finds this landscape,
This energy familiar.
As you continue walking,
Following a disheveled and overgrown path,
But a path nonetheless,
Your walk is taking you through an exotic and colorful wilderness,
With multiple deep healing greens of the forest,
And flowers,
Smells,
Plant life,
Animals.
This woodland is so alive.
You can hear the distant sounds of flutes flowing through the air,
They're calling your soul.
When you come to a clearing in the forest,
An open expanse,
Circular,
You notice that there is a welcoming fire in the middle of the clearing.
This fire feels warm and potent,
A very healing fire.
There are two seats by this fire,
You know to take one seat,
And then you wait.
You're not yet sure who you are waiting for,
You do feel in your heart however,
That you are waiting for someone very special.
A few moments pass,
And you see a figure walking out of the woodlands,
Towards you in the fire.
They are dressed in ceremonial attire,
With colorful layers,
Feathers and adornments over their body.
There is something so very familiar about this vision,
And you can feel the stir of their energy,
Within your own body,
And deep within your heart.
As this being walks closer,
You can feel the presence of divine love,
And a high dimensional cosmic yet earthly wisdom.
They take the other seat next to you,
Turn to face you and look deep into your eyes.
You know those eyes,
How you know those eyes,
They are your eyes.
This being is a sacred and ancient part of yourself,
Your inner shaman,
The medicine of your soul.
As you sit by the fire together,
In loving reverence,
Sharing codes between you,
Allow this deeper part of yourself to,
Hand over the wisdom codes they carry,
Gifting you profound ancestral knowledge,
To support your healing journey right now.
