The missing ingredient and why people cannot find peace,

Accelerate their healing process,

Feel connected,

This secret can help fill that emptiness that we have deep within us,

That emptiness that often is lost or misunderstood,

And people try to fill that emptiness with addiction.

They try to fill it so much with something that's gonna make me feel good,

Make me feel good about myself.

The secret is the missing aspect of the divine.

I've been teaching solutions for over 30 years,

And the whole concept and the whole premise is about understanding that everything within time and space has a polarity,

An opposite,

A dual expression,

And that's part of the yin-yang symbol that was talked about many,

Many years ago.

When you can understand that there's something that's not honored and respected,

When you can become conscious of that,

You can heal this part of you,

You can reconnect,

And it's already there waiting.

It's kind of like something you've always had but didn't realize that you needed in order for you to be successful,

In order for you to find inner peace,

In order for you to thrive and to create aliveness and joy in your life.

And that missing piece is called the anima.

The anima and the animus,

You've heard about that,

I'm sure.

It's Carl Jung spoke about it and many others.

And basically,

The concept back then was that every man has a piece of feminine energy within him,

And every woman has a piece of masculine energy within her.

And that missing ingredient is your other half,

The other half you've been searching for,

Seeking to find.

When you realize it's within you,

When you realize that your consciousness is a dual expression of both masculine and feminine energy,

And you understand the secret of how it's connected to your power,

How it's connected to your soul and spirit,

You will transform your life.

And here's how it works.

Outside of time and space,

There's the oneness of all that is.

The oneness outside of time and space is often called the Holy Spirit.

It's often called nirvana.

It's called the wholeness.

It's called the all that is.

There's lots of terms for it,

But it's outside of time and space,

So it's all one.

It's one.

But inside of time and space,

It divides.

It divides into the goddess energy and into the God force.

And so you have the goddess energy and the God force inside of time and space.

Religion,

Unfortunately,

For the most part,

Eliminated the feminine face of God.

And when you can understand that it's crucial in being whole and finding a sense of empowerment and fulfillment,

When you can understand how it works,

And why I'm bringing this out there into the open is primarily because the world is ready.

The world is so out of balance.

And so the goddess energy steps down to create soul.

The God force fills that soul with the light of spirit.

Spirit and soul,

You've heard those terms,

I'm sure,

And they have very unique functions and energies.

And the soul is connected to the goddess energy,

And the spirit is connected to God.

Now,

How do you connect to your soul and spirit?

Well,

The key,

The secret is through your feminine energy.

The soul is a connection to your feminine consciousness,

Regardless of your gender.

It has nothing to do with gender.

I'm talking about consciousness.

The qualities of soul,

The qualities of feminine energy are passion,

Creativity,

Imagination,

Desire,

Intuition,

Feelings.

It's about that energy.

And what has our world done with that energy?

Because of the male chauvinism and the chauvinistic standards that as a part of our society,

We have elevated the masculine and the masculine qualities,

Which by the way,

The counterparts of the feminine are masculine components.

Imagination,

The feminine energy,

Is connected to the masculine energy of willpower,

Willpower and imagination.

Passion,

The passion's masculine component is compassion.

Creativity,

Feminine energy is productivity,

Masculine energy.

Feelings,

Your thoughts and your feelings are connected,

The feminine and masculine energy.

And your intuition is connected to your logic and your reason.

Your desire is connected to action,

Taking action in your life.

All of these components,

So important,

So critical,

So necessary,

When they work together,

They create a synergy.

A synergy basically is where the whole is greater than the sum of its parts.

Meaning,

If you were to take a big large piece of wood and you were to take a lock and to take a handle and to drill a hole and have hinges and you put them together in a certain way.

Synergy means all these parts are valuable.

Hinges are cool to have.

But when you put them together in a certain way and you drill that hole and you put the lock in there and you put the hinges and you put it in this open space in the front of your house,

All of those parts function together to create synergy,

Where the whole is greater than the sum of its parts.

Meaning that,

In combining these components,

You create security.

Security is the whole that is greater than the sum of its parts.

The hinges don't give you security.

The door doesn't give you security.

The lock by itself doesn't give you security.

But when you arrange them and put them together in a certain way,

You have security.

So the masculine and feminine energy is so important within yourself,

Regardless of your gender,

Because everybody has an imagination.

Everybody has willpower.

Everybody has thoughts.

Everybody has feelings.

Everybody has compassion.

Everybody has passion.

Everybody takes action and everybody has desires.

Everybody has logic and reason and intuition.

And when you can marry and wed them,

They create a synergy,

A hole that is greater than the sum of its parts.

It's called wholeness.

I want to be whole.

I want to be connected.

I want fulfillment.

I want inner peace.

And it's by understanding the masculine and feminine energy in your consciousness.

And when you wed them,

When you bring them together,

They give birth to a brand new self.

They give birth to a whole new you.

And that is so key and so vital in the living of your life,

In the fulfillment,

And in that place where I'm completely realized.

And so now,

Especially now,

With the Me Too movement happening,

With women taking their power back and realizing they don't need permission from men in order to be powerful.

And also,

So important is that the women's power is different than the masculine energy.

A lot of women in the women's movement try to be like men and try to own the men's power,

Thinking,

Well,

Men are powerful than will and thinking and logic and reason.

And all those are what makes power.

But they've abandoned their own feminine energy,

Imagination,

Creativity,

All of those components that the world at large,

Because of chauvinism that has elevated masculine energy and denigrated the feminine energy,

Because of chauvinism,

Unfortunately,

We have tied one hand and one arm behind our back.

And by tying our hand and our arm behind our back,

Guess what?

You struggle.

It's like working,

Literally trying to get around your life with one arm and one hand,

My masculine energy or my feminine energy.

You need both to be in balance.

You need to integrate the two.

And when you do,

Magic and miracles happens.

Solutions,

Specifically,

Is about moving beyond struggle.

And it's not just like,

Oh,

Yeah,

Here comes another self-help talk.

No.

This is key.

If you want to move beyond struggle,

It's time to explore yourself.

It's time to awaken the empowered self.

The empowered self is the foundation is being able to understand and to own and to respect and to honor your feminine and masculine energy equally,

Regardless of your gender.

Regardless of your gender,

It holds the key to everything you're looking for.

It's kind of ironic,

Even so.

We'll say in a relationship,

I'm looking for my other half.

My other half.

Well,

It's inside of me.

And as I can find that other half,

If I can find my other half and honor it and wed them within me,

Then I become whole.

Then a relationship is something I celebrate with another person.

It's not a neediness.

It's not like I need to have somebody to make me complete.

You are complete.

And you attract and create somebody else who's complete.

And then together,

Look out.

The magic,

The miracles,

The amazing experiences you can have.

Because it's not born out of insecurity.

It's born out of strength and power.

The feminine energy,

The masculine energy is your inner power and your inner strength.

And it's connected to soul and spirit and to ultimately the divine,

To goddess and God.

And as you bring them together,

You become whole.

You become fully filled with power.

And you have access to your inner strength.

The first step of empowerment is self-awareness.

But it's not just self-awareness.

That's important.

Know thyself,

Right?

You've got to know thyself in order to change,

In order to create change,

In order to know yourself,

In order to be powerful.

You need to know that you have a feminine and masculine energy equally.

That's knowing yourself.

It's beyond just self-awareness.

It's also about self-acceptance.

Awareness that leads to self-acceptance is the first step of empowerment.

The second step then is to discover your self-worth.

Self-worth is the second step.

The third step is self-esteem.

To have self-esteem is the love that you earn by the way you live your life,

With honesty,

Responsibility,

Integrity,

And trust.

That's what makes up a person with full self-esteem.

It's not about what you have and how you appear and how it will close your wearing and what car you're driving.

It's about self-generated.

And the key to self-esteem is that no one can make you do it,

And no one can keep you from doing it.

Now,

That is the third step of the empowered self.

The fourth step is then self-love.

When you have a sense of awareness and acceptance of self,

And you honor and discover your worth,

And you function at a self-esteem,

Then self-love is automatic.

It becomes much easier.

And there is magic and miracles when you truly love and value who you are,

The unique expression of the divine,

The unique expression of your soul and spirit,

When you can fully honor that.

You are unstoppable.

Now,

That's the fourth component.

Most people think that's it.

Okay,

I'm done.

I'm empowered.

Well,

There's three more steps.

From self-love naturally automatically comes self-confidence.

To be able to cope,

To be able to confide in yourself,

To be able to rely upon yourself is so much of what self-confidence is.

And that's the fifth step of the empowered self.

The sixth step is self-respect.

To look deeper,

To look at myself.

Respect means to go back and look again.

To look again.

Spect is to look at.

Re means to go back to.

You think of the word spectator.

Spectacles,

That's to look.

It's to view,

It's to vision.

Respect means I need to look deeper at myself.

Yes,

Okay,

I was born a male,

But I need to look deeper to discover that I also have in consciousness and energy feminine energy.

And if you were born female,

You also have masculine energy.

Some people are aware of that.

That if you are a gay man and you identify with your feminine energy and you don't necessarily identify as much with masculine energy,

It's about bringing the harmony and balance to both equally,

To value them.

And that becomes the sixth step is self-respect,

To look deeper.

The seventh step is self-realization,

Personal fulfillment.

To be fully filled with awareness that leads to acceptance,

To worth,

Esteem,

To love,

To confidence,

To respect.

To be fully filled,

To be fulfilled.

That is what I like to teach people how to do.

The world needs this energy.

The world is so ready for you to take your power back,

For you to know what a majestic,

Incredible human being that you are.

It's so important now for you to love and value and empower yourself.

To stop looking for someone or something to empower you.

I will not be empowering you.

I'll be teaching you how to empower yourself.

I am not a guru.

Solutions is not a religion.

It's a relationship.

It's a relationship with your soul and spirit and thus a relationship with goddess and God.

Whatever label you wanna call it.

If you're a Christian and you wanna call the goddess,

Mother Mary and Jesus,

Then you go right ahead and do so.

It matters not.

I'm not here to get you to change your religions.

I'm hopefully helping you to understand your true nature.

Did you know,

By the way,

The word religion means to read,

To go back to.

Religious is alignment with self.

Religious experiences are there to help you realign with yourself.

Well,

Yourself is made up of soul and spirit.

And so to realign with that,

To reconnect with yourself,

That's truly what a religious experience is about.

And whatever religion you're practicing,

This solutions can help you to take it to the next level.

Again,

I have no qualms.

I'm not here to try to convert anybody.

I'm here to help people remember something they've forgotten.

That's my purpose.

That's what solutions is about.

So I hope this is helpful.

And I can guarantee one thing,

That if you follow along and you start to learn and understand this part of your power,

It will awaken again,

And it will start to fill the void.

It will help you to find the power,

The inner strength,

The willpower to stop addiction.

It'll help you to find that sense of inner peace.

It'll help you to become whole.

And that's what I can share with you,

The knowledge I learned over the years.

And that's my destiny and my goal,

Is to help heal consciousness,

To help heal people of their conflicts in consciousness.

And the biggest conflict we have,

Chauvinism that has elevated the masculine and denigrated the feminine,

And that's starting to come back into balance.

And solutions can help accelerate the process so that you are fully empowered,

So that you're living the life of your dreams,

So that you are completely at peace with yourself.
