In this gentle yet eye-opening audio, you’ll discover why worry isn’t the same as caring — and how it quietly closes the heart and erodes trust. This talk explores the profound shift from fear-based worry into love-based concern, where compassion, respect, and inner peace replace anxiety and emotional strain. You’ll learn how true concern honors the Soul’s journey — yours and others — without trying to control outcomes or anticipate problems. By transforming worry into conscious care, you protect your wellbeing, strengthen trust in life, and show love in a way that supports growth rather than fear.

Worry is not caring.

It's actually when your heart's closed that you worry and you don't trust.

Worry is detrimental.

You can transform worry into the compassion of concern.

Yes,

I'm concerned about my body and my health.

Yes,

I'm concerned about my neighbors and my family and friends.

Yes,

I'm concerned.

Concern comes out of love and compassion,

But it also comes out of respect,

Knowing that they have a higher self,

They have a soul,

They have their journey.

My ego is not here to decide what they should go through.

I'm not here to say they shouldn't be dealing with cancer.

They shouldn't be dealing with financial problems.

That's what their soul says they need to go through to learn lessons.

My ego says,

Oh,

That's bad and I'm so worried.

This is horrible.

Even with your kids.

Yeah,

You be concerned,

You take precautions,

You follow up,

But you trust.

That they have a higher self and a soul.

You trust that they're on their journey.

It may not match the journey that you want them to be on,

But that's truly being loving,

Isn't it?

Unconditionally loving,

To let them be who they are and to explore and to learn their lessons,

Which might be very different than yours.

This is when worry can turn into concern.

But concern doesn't keep you up all night biting your nails.

Doesn't keep you shutting down your immune system where you get sick.

Doesn't have negative impact because it comes out of compassion and love,

Not out of fear.

Why do people often express worry?

They don't see it as a negative thing.

They often say,

Oh no,

No,

I'm worried for my kids.

Yeah,

Okay,

But what are they trying to actually do for the most part?

Is they're trying to show how much they care.

Worry is a demonstration of how much I care.

No,

Worry is a demonstration of how much you don't trust.

Concern is a demonstration of how much I care and taking precautions and following up,

Doing what you can do and then trusting life,

Trusting your child and their higher self and their soul,

Giving them enough freedom as much as they are mature enough to handle.

I'm not saying you just let them do their own thing.

You monitor,

That's what you are there as a parent to guardian and to guide,

Giving them more and more freedom until they demonstrate that they are in charge of their life.

Not necessarily the way you would be,

But enough.

And so that's why people tend to try to talk about how much they worry.

They're trying to tell people,

See how much I care.

See,

I'm worried about this happening because I see how much I care,

But that's not the same thing.

Worry is not caring.

It's actually when your heart's closed that you worry and you don't trust.

Worry is an anticipation that I'm gonna be angry.

I'm worried my kids won't come home.

I'm worried that this ride is supposed to pick me up on time,

It's gonna be late.

I'm actually anticipating I'm gonna be pissed off.

That's what's underneath worry is usually an anticipation of anger.

Very different than this loving,

Compassion and concern.

So,
