Today's topic is on aliveness.
There's a saying that that person's living,
But they're not really alive.
You can interchange the words.
You can say that person's alive,
But not really living.
But what does that mean?
It means that my body can be functioning.
My heart can be beating.
My blood can be racing through my veins.
All that measure,
According to the doctors and scientists,
That I'm a living being,
It's not a dead being.
To be alive and to experience aliveness is a mental,
Emotional feeling and energy.
When you can tap into the aliveness of your soul and spirit,
When you can step beyond the struggle of the ego and break free from the past,
You can tap into an untold force,
An eternal force of your connection with God,
God is all that is.
That awakens your soul and it energizes your spirit where you start to feel this inner strength that is unstoppable,
Where you start to increase your energy,
Where your energy and your sense of stamina is persistent and consistent.
You can feel greater levels of enthusiasm.
What is aliveness?
To be alive is a feeling of being fully filled with acceptance of self and acceptance of others,
Not trying to control and try to change people.
It's about accepting and healing,
Changing yourself absolutely and allowing others to be who they are.
Being fully filled with aliveness is about being fully filled with self-acceptance and acceptance of others.
It's about being fully filled with hope,
Genuine hope for the future.
In a world where so many are feeling hopeless and despair,
To have a sense of hope,
It's to be fully filled with the joy of your spirit.
Joy is a masculine energy,
It's a beautiful energy,
It's dynamic energy.
Happiness is feminine,
Happiness is very passive and relaxed and peaceful.
I'm content,
I'm happy.
I just wanna sit on the beach and smile and relax.
Happiness is this energy of contentment.
Yet,
When you're in that state of happiness,
You can tap into the masculine energy that sparks joy,
That bubbles up inside of you and that overflows and is effervescent.
When you are joyous,
It is a radiant energy,
It is very dynamic,
Masculine energy.
Joy is masculine,
Happiness is feminine.
Happiness comes from the fulfillment of your needs.
When you have your needs met,
When you have a roof over your head,
You have food on the table,
You have love in your life,
Family and friends,
All of your basic needs that are met,
You can feel happy.
You can also feel happy by choice.
You can choose to be happy and know that your needs are met good enough because the ego will say,
Well,
I'm not married yet or I'm not this yet or I don't have enough money yet.
As soon as I do that,
Then I'll be happy.
No,
It's not about having your needs met 100% perfectly,
It's about having them met enough.
When you meet your needs enough,
You feel happy and out of happiness,
That contentment,
That feminine energy,
You can spark the joy of the spirit.
That joy is this dynamic energy.
Aliveness is about being fully filled with acceptance,
Hope,
Joy,
The joy of your spirit and the enthusiasm for living life.
Challenging yourself to become more.
Aliveness is reaching and stretching for greater freedom,
Greater freedom.
Aliveness is a balance of masculine and feminine energy.
That is what aliveness is.
The word enthusiasm,
To be enthused,
Is to be inspired,
To be in spirit.
Enthusiasm is connected to spirit.
When you have that enthusiasm,
You glow with this light or you see somebody who's really enthusiastic and they have this presence,
This energy,
This radiance.
That's what can happen.
You can then expand your potential.
The potential to awaken dreams and talents and gifts,
Spiritual gifts that you may have been dormant up until this point.
Because being so blinded by the past,
So blinded by the ego's demand and need to struggle,
We often blind ourselves to our spiritual gifts and strengths.
We might've had a taste or a touch of it in our childhood,
But we often abandon it for the ego's need for struggle and control and all the things that the ego represents.
To expand your potential with this aliveness and freeing yourself from the past,
Freeing yourself from who you've been conditioned to believe you are,
To free yourself,
Not only opens up this level of aliveness,
But it allows you to finally accept yourself,
To finally accept your potential and to expand your inner strength,
To expand your courage,
To expand your ability to challenge yourself,
To become more,
Which is so much a part of the adult.
The aliveness and the freedom from the past can empower you to not only start to become conscious of the vision of your future destiny,
To have access to the energy of that future.
From that,
Freedom is to reach for hope,
Which is that anticipation and expectation of a positive future,
That expectation and that hope and that acceptance,
The feminine energy can spark the joy,
The freedom and the enthusiasm of your spirit.
To be fully filled with aliveness is to be fully filled with your life force energy,
That electromagnetic energy that is your life force,
That electromagnetic energy that is so much a part of who you are,
That electromagnetic energy that is the masculine and feminine soul and spirit within you.
The soul is feminine by nature and the spirit is masculine.
Aliveness comes from that wedding,
That connection when your soul receives spirit and your spirit is fed and supported by the soul.
When they come together in a harmonious relationship,
You feel this sense of aliveness.
And that aliveness is made up of both masculine and feminine components.
The feminine energy of aliveness,
Being fully filled with acceptance,
Hope and expectation.
That's the feminine expression of aliveness.
And to be fully filled with joy,
Enthusiasm and freedom,
Those are the masculine expressions of the spirit.
The soul and spirit could come together to create a way I function in life with being fully filled,
Being fulfilled,
Hear that,
Fully filled,
Being fulfilled through self-acceptance,
Through hope and joy,
Enthusiasm,
Freedom and expectancy.
That is what the aliveness that I'm talking about,
Being more than just living and having your heart pumping,
You're getting through the day.
It's about this aliveness that comes from within.
And when you can break free from the shackles of the past,
When you can open up to greater healing and changing as you reach and stretch for your empowered destiny,
You can open up and receive healing from that empowered future self that already exists out there in time and space.
So aliveness is about being conscious,
Waking up to the truth.
I'm not willing to turn my back on who I am.
I'm not willing to pretend I'm this limited,
Poor me,
Self-pitying,
Manipulative,
Controlling,
Not good enough ego.
I'm not willing to settle for that.
Aliveness begins by being conscious of waking up to the truth.
Aliveness is about the motivation to change and to heal and to grow.
Aliveness expands that enthusiasm.
It sparks that hope and that joy,
That hope of soul and that joy of spirit.
It reaches and stretches for your personal fulfillment and it expands those positive expectations.
That is the aliveness that I'm talking about.
And I know many of you here like these classes because I define things very clearly.
People will say,
Yeah,
Aliveness or living,
Live,
Whatever,
It doesn't really matter.
They are different because your body can be living,
But your aliveness of soul and spirit can be so dwindled down as we've ignored,
Denied it and replaced our attention with the struggle of the ego.
It's almost like we've taken our power and our energy away from soul and spirit.
It doesn't damage it permanently or anything,
But it just waits for you to give it attention because when you turn your attention,
It will engage back with you.
But out of the elegance of the universe,
It's not gonna waste its time until you're ready to work on it,
Until you're ready to receive its love.
